I met my twin flame at 12 yrs of age. We are now 54 yrs of age. We have been mirroring each others life throughout our journey. Moving all over the US & still being connected At age 27 we went a different direction and both of us got married. I was the runner thinking that I needed to see other people and we separated. We recently got back together last yr after 25 yrs of separation. Both still married. I separated from my husband. Did not push him to do the same because I was heart & head. Why did I have clocks in my house? The book was given to me by someone who said that my late wife had “got into her head“ and told her to do this. My lifestyle and attitudes rapidly started to change. I was able to review my life with her and see clearly where I’d fallen short, my inability to recognise and express my deep emotional feelings and generally not be particularly self-aware. I was not looking for or expected to fall in love again. Then, out of the blue, an incident happened with someone who turned out to be my twin flame. I knew nothing about twin flames at that time. Yes I met him when I was 19 years old. There is no other man or person that ignites me like he does - it’s profound awakening at the very deepest level. I had so much spiritual counseling at the time. My life was turned upside down. Thank god I am way past this depth of darkness. The dark night of the soul happened after we separated in 1991. I walked away from him. It was the most intense time of my life. I have been through so many levels and stages of awakening. I’m now 58 and feeling spiritually very knowledgeable and confident. He has shown up again just recently and I realised that as I shift in vibration he is rising and looking for me. He’s noticed my changes. This is so what has been happening to me. Last summer, during meditation, a voice said to me two names - English names of a man and a woman. I decided to Google them and found out they were book characters' names and the book, the author wrote it based on his real life. After reading the whole book, I was so surprised how much those characters' lives matched my and my boyfriend's lives now. That was my first touch to the awakening of my soul. Thank you Ms. Pradnyaa! I’m more stable emotionally That’s it I’m becoming a butterfly 🦋 😅 Working on Stage 7 & 8 ☺️😉🙃🤩 No I don’t ignore my fears at all or any intense emotions. Grounding is exactly what I’m doing since January 2023. I realised that integration, grounding and emodyment is greatly essential! Yep very very serious. Bigger purpose to the twin flame. I get it.
I was so glad to hear you refer to the caterpillar and cocoon! Thinking about that helps me get the 'twin flame journey' concept in focus. This particular incarnating of contemporary homo 'sapiens' is, in fact, very likely feeling restless and uncomfortable as a caterpillar approaching cocoon time. Just contemplating that whole thing is so full of meaning. The Polyphomous moth for example, he lives only 3 days and can neither eat nor drink. 100% spot on with each phase. My initial dark night lasted 9 months and I was like the walking dead. When you were going through the phases I was laughing thinking oh my God yes! How does she know! Very helpful. With the DNOTS, i remember we had our first big fight and he walked away. That pain was so unbearable. Thru the painful process, i saw a vision of him and I sitting separately in pews in a church. I saw these helpers rushing back and forth between us as we sat still in sad silence.

My twin flame is my therapist. Yes! Really difficult. However, it has resulted in huge spiritual growth and just last week I have surrendered the Relationship to the divine. There have been numerous synchronicities on a daily basis giving me hope and comfort. It is a blessing that I get to be with my twin flame every week. The therapy has been incredible from the start. I have gone through most of the stages you have explained. I have not yet had any relationship with my twin flame yet in the 3D as we got separately shortly after meeting each other in the same workplace. We are in contact through WhatsApp(not through words but through signal breaking and reappearing after 5, 10, 20 counts.. It is something that I started and he followed and kept up with it) and social media everyday till now, with a few days whereby I disappear and just focus on myself without wanting to connect with him. I am so glad that I have shifted out of that obsessive energy in the beginning after I experienced spiritual awakening. Initially my twin flame was always coming towards me at office and also signalling in some lustful manner. I was with someone else at that time and didn't understand why a guy is behaving disrespectfully towards me. I am also much older and I thought he is a bad guy. After getting awakened I found out he is my twin flame. He is also aware of this. Thankfully he is a yoga teacher and can better understand this concept. He has been dedicating to me on social media, his videos of yoga poses with music that explains the lyrics of him wanting to be loved at his worst. I replied with my own version of music with lyrics explaining my side as well. I have learnt something valuable. The moment I focused on myself without feeling the need to expect something from him, he starts to open up more about his feelings on social media and looking for me more online. I feel him coming closer but yet I don't expect any physical meeting from him, any messaging etc. I just feel that deep peace within me and that adoration for him, that I just want him to be happy. It makes me smile each time I see the pictures and videos that he dedicates to me and basically just any pictures of him conducting his yoga lessons with his students. It fills me with great admiration. His love touches my soul deeply. I just went through a minor surgery and he gave me a WhatsApp signal to show his love and support a few days ago and is available most of the time to check if I am online. We have a 11 years age gap and for him to acknowledge this connection with me really touches my heart.
It has been mind blowing how many synchronicities there have been over the past 8 months. In the DNOTS now and it has been a wild mix of euphoria and depression. I've never cried so much in my life. I'm feeling lost, but like I'm headed in the right direction. He's still running, but I see little glimpses of him slowly coming back (synchronicities). I don't have expectations of him, BUT I do feel like I miss the other 1/2 of my soul deeply. Incredible experience, but definitely NOT easy! Love your videos!!

I was so glad to hear you refer to the caterpillar and cocoon! Thinking about that helps me get the 'twin flame journey' concept in focus. This particular incarnating of contemporary homo 'sapiens' is, in fact, very likely feeling restless and uncomfortable as a caterpillar approaching cocoon time. Just contemplating that whole thing is so full of meaning. The Polyphomous moth for example, he lives only 3 days and can neither eat nor drink. His whole existence is poised toward sensing his mate's presence through his great antennae. How blissful that scent must seem to him as he approaches the whole meaning of his life.

100% spot on with each phase. My initial dark night lasted 9 months and I was like the walking dead. When you were going through the phases I was laughing thinking oh my God yes! How does she know! I wanted to see which phase i was at and it seems I'm currently at phase 8 but not all the way as I've not been guided on my mission yet. Thankyou for the information!

Yes that is absolutely true! Many do have their awakening before meeting their TF too. Afterall it is an independent process. In the the current timeline TF is being the initiator for the most but other factors initiating it is absolutely there too! 😊

Very helpful. With the DNOTS, i remember we had our first big fight and he walked away. That pain was so unbearable. Thru the painful process, i saw a vision of him and I sitting separately in pews in a church. I saw these helpers rushing back and forth between us as we sat still in sad silence.

My twin flame is my therapist. Yes! Really difficult. However, it has resulted in huge spiritual growth and just last week I have surrendered the Relationship to the divine. There have been numerous synchronicities on a daily basis giving me hope and comfort. It is a blessing that I get to be with my twin flame every week. The therapy has been incredible from the start. I feel at peace in myself and the talks by Pradynna are really helping with that peace. I have accepted the situation. Alleluia!

Thank you so much for sharing. You articulated everything so beautifully, couldn't be any better. I met my twin flame in July 2021 and got awakened in September 2021. I have gone through most of the stages you have explained. I have not yet had any relationship with my twin flame yet in the 3D as we got separately shortly after meeting each other in the same workplace. We are in contact through WhatsApp(not through words but through signal breaking and reappearing after 5, 10, 20 counts.. It is something that I started and he followed and kept up with it) and social media everyday till now, with a few days whereby I disappear and just focus on myself without wanting to connect with him. I am so glad that I have shifted out of that obsessive energy in the beginning after I experienced spiritual awakening. Initially my twin flame was always coming towards me at office and also signalling in some lustful manner. I was with someone else at that time and didn't understand why a guy is behaving disrespectfully towards me. I am also much older and I thought he is a bad guy. After getting awakened I found out he is my twin flame. He is also aware of this. Thankfully he is a yoga teacher and can better understand this concept. He has been dedicating to me on social media, his videos of yoga poses with music that explains the lyrics of him wanting to be loved at his worst. I replied with my own version of music with lyrics explaining my side as well.
I have learnt something valuable. The moment I focused on myself without feeling the need to expect something from him, he starts to open up more about his feelings on social media and looking for me more online. I feel him coming closer but yet I don't expect any physical meeting from him, any messaging etc. I just feel that deep peace within me and that adoration for him, that I just want him to be happy. It makes me smile each time I see the pictures and videos that he dedicates to me and basically just any pictures of him conducting his yoga lessons with his students. It fills me with great admiration. His love touches my soul deeply. I just went through a minor surgery and he gave me a WhatsApp signal to show his love and support a few days ago and is available most of the time to check if I am online. We have a 11 years age gap and for him to acknowledge this connection with me really touches my heart.

It has been mind blowing how many synchronicities there have been over the past 8 months. In the DNOTS now and it has been a wild mix of euphoria and depression. I've never cried so much in my life. I'm feeling lost, but like I'm headed in the right direction. He's still running, but I see little glimpses of him slowly coming back (synchronicities). I don't have expectations of him, BUT I do feel like I miss the other 1/2 of my soul deeply. Incredible experience, but definitely NOT easy! Love your videos!!

If you keep see him as your another half you will never really grow. Become a one in you, a whole one. Then you will never worry about your another half. He should be a whole on his own in order to have a good relationship with anybody.
