Rockville seems like such a peaceful yet beautiful town in MD.

I been just looking at places to move to. Rockville was on the list. I spent a weekend here and love it. Just can't make the move until about 4 1/2 year from now. This town blew me and my kids away. Took them to the park we mingled right in with the local residents. My kids made a whole bunch of new friends. I live in NYC so its nice to meet friendly people.

@@CarynGardinerDo they have in Rockville? Do they have apartments that's handicap accessible for adults and will Chase cause I'm in the wheelchair cause I can't walk and I want to move in Rockville. Cause I'm already in Silver Spring. I have an apart of me. But I want something bigger for me and my daughter.😊❤❤

I was Born in Potomac back in January 3,1994. Haven’t been there since 1998. I miss it tremendously.

@@CarynGardiner I’m assuming the separate tax that Rockville has. I’m trying to find the best areas for renters moving in the Maryland area
@@jashanginaround5316 property tax doesn’t affect renters. I would just compare the rent prices for different areas. Hope that helps!

Your a little off on your data.
I've lived in Rockville since 1974 I think I know Rockville.
How so?
@@CarynGardiner house pricing was a little off, it doesn’t range from the $500,000 - $1.5 m … there is much more affordable single family homes that are in the 250 - 400 thousand range. Although over the years it’s gotten expensive due to recent developments. My family bought our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home here in the early 2000s for 120,000. Accommodating for inflation that’s 190 in today’s money.
