    不应该用铁锅煮茶叶蛋,因为茶叶的碱性会使铁锅生锈也会让鸡蛋的味道有股味道。

    i want to try this..but i need some clarifications:
    1. we don't have rock sugar here can i use brown and white sugar instead? if yes how many grams?
    2. what is the measure of water? and wine
    3. is the soy sauce 20 grams?

    我很厭惡 "這很多人都做錯了..."、 "這才是正確做法..." 作法一類的標題的影片。
    每國人的味覺,基本上都會受著自小吃大的食物所影響。所以你認為的"最好",未必是他所認為的"最好"。
    到底是有多無知,才會自以為運用同樣的食材,幾億中國人(與其他外國的華人)在運用蒸、煮、炒、膾、炙、煎、熬、羹、炮、爆、脯、臘、醢..等等烹調手法做出來的菜餚,必須依循你的做法,才是"正確"的? 真是夠自大的。
