When I prep egg "mcmuffins", I use muffin-top pans and bake the egg. They are the perfect size for English muffin sandwiches. We like to add hatch chillies to the eggs and use pepper jack cheese. If we're eating them freshly made, we love to add tomatoes and avacado.

You can slice or shredded the cheese before freezing. For slices I put parchment paper between the slices before freezing and for shredded I flash freeze it on a sheet pan then break it up and bag it.
Love the breakfast casserole idea definitely will be trying not in our house. We already do homemade breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, waffles pancakes french toast. Definitely looking for some more good ideas thank you so much for all you do to show us and teach us and inspire us

Also if you spray wide mouth canning ring with some cooking oil they act as egg shapers for breakfast sandwiches for those of us who don't own the pans and what not. Also sheet pan eggs cut into circles works as well!

I have same bowls from Amazon but wanted to write down how to heat up on bowl for my husband and teenage son because my son is autistic and needs directions and let’s face it, my husband will never remember if not written on it. I take mine out of the freezer, I vent the lid (take it off and just place it on loosely) I microwave for about a minute and a half. I take it out stir around a little, then microwave again for 30 seconds to a minute until hot. Then serve and enjoy.

I figure if they can remember to keep the paper and baggies, most kiddos can.

I divide my list up to the sections: frozen, produce, meats, breads/cereals, canned, dairy/cheese and detergents/non food items. There’s probably some free templates online. I’ll put things like canned tuna on the canned list, just to navigate the store better.
Egg bakes... my hubby refers to them as "Ambient Egg Bakes" since he goes into a food coma after having a slice!😂 One of my favorite eggs bakes to do, especially if I'm low on veggies, is an Eggs Benedict bake. Many recipes can be found online. Most call for English muffins but I find that croissants are better. I usually have left over croissants in my freezer, same with ham of sorts. A great crowd pleaser, especially when budgets are tight and produce is hard to come by.
I now see that your channel has changed to only shopping and cooking.... I enjoyed and learned so much when you channel included other things... There's just not enough content anymore, and I miss what the channel used to be... 🙁
Next time put your egg mixture right into the pan with your potatoes/onions/peppers/garlic when the potatoes are tender until eggs cooked. One pan and done.
I like your videos really good food recipes wish you could put the recipes at the end of your script like everybody else does would be a lot easier to follow and write down somebody else too made the same comment

I love all your recipes but I do not eat eggs. Mainly prepare your meals for my husband. Sometimes I substitute eggs for other things. Keep pushing those videos.
When I make breakfast sammies I bake the egg mix in a 9x13 pan and cut to a nice size for the English muffins. And looks like a BIG sammie then.

To make the round eggs use round cookie cutters canning rings. I always toasted my muffins first too, so many recipes don't. That's a raw muffin.
