Part of what works with this type of attack is how Park starts it up. His floating step isn't timed with his opponents advance. He starts the float, then if Herey steps into it he triggers his finish.

Instructions unclear, I’ve teleported myself and my opponent to space with my father’s legendary technique I somehow genetically inherited.
(Legit though, really good video and I like the footwork focus because that’s one of the easiest things to practice during the pandemic)
