@cjpink3729 not necessarily, remember that the legal case is still under investigation, if it goes to court and she's found guilty of breach of trust they can simply terminate her again. That's the same reason she doesn't want to sign the producer agreement because of that clause. Hybe is trying to show NJ that they care about them (whether that's true or not) by allowing them to still work with mhj, but once they have a reason to boot mhj they can do it freely and she won't have anything to file an injunction about because the contract is clear. Also her having a seat on the board means nothing because the other directors are hybe and will just vote against her decisions if they don't agree. That's why she said Hybe's offer is really just a "play on words" because she knows it doesn't give her any power.

@cjpink3729 not necessarily, remember that the legal case is still under investigation, if it goes to court and she's found guilty of breach of trust they can simply terminate her again. That's the same reason she doesn't want to sign the producer agreement because of that clause.
Hybe is trying to show NJ that they care about them (whether that's true or not) by allowing them to still work with mhj, but once they have a reason to boot mhj they can do it freely and she won't have anything to file an injunction about because the contract is clear. Also her having a seat on the board means nothing because the other directors are hybe and will just vote against her decisions if they don't agree. That's why she said Hybe's offer is really just a "play on words" because she knows it doesn't give her any power.
