Thanks for doing a Black character. People overlook the fact that yes, skin tone does make huge difference in how you approach rendering the skin. Darker skin has to have the highlights accentuated.
just curious if you use zbrush to sclupt the detail? I'm doing my skin detail in Zbrush and it looks great but when I bring it to substance the base face model has horrible detail. Any tips?
Thanks for making this video! One question though, Shouldn't you have inverted the curvature map since white is the edges and protrusions and so Black would be the pores?

There are other areas to change settings. So black/white is whatever you decide in your own settings :)
