Building My First Gaming PC with No Experience... [White Aesthetic]

  • My first PC build ever! A white build (besides the GPU 😕) with a Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3090 Ti FTW3, 64 GB’s of ram, 3 TB of storage, and MORE. I go through the whole story, why I decided to finally build one and what I’ll be using it for, the entire building process with details on each part and price, the problems I encountered, plus a little randomness here and there.

    Just wanna thank you man I’ve been researching for months trying to make sure I’m doing everything right when picking my parts for my pc it was stressing me out and I was loosing confidence and hope but seeing how yours turned out inspired me so thank you

    • @mjjtech
      @mjjtech  Год назад +2

      Totally feel u man it was really stressful during the part picking phase. And during the build process it was also pretty stressful. But when I went in and upgraded things recently, I realized it’s pretty hard to seriously mess things up 😂 just gotta be careful and patient with things, and plug things in slowly so you don’t bend pins. Glad I could help! Goodluck!

    This is probably exactly the kind of computer style I'd want. I have a white(ish) themed set up too, but obviously I have never built my own computer, I may just have to ditto some of this and join you with your beautiful creation. Loved the video, I honestly didn't notice you weren't some huge youtube personality, top notch quality.

    • @mjjtech
      @mjjtech  Год назад +5

      Glad u like the PC bro! The white aesthetic is so nice. And while I’m happy you want to emulate some of my build I would advise to take everything I did with a grain of salt 😂😂 the PC market is very different rn and if you take a look at some of the other (more critical) comments, they give some good *current* advise on building a PC (ddr5 ram, current gpu’s with better price/performance, etc). But thank you man I appreciate the support 🙏🏽

    • @Leovold
      @Leovold Год назад +1

      @MJJ Tech I understand, I'm still learning myself, but I never thought about getting white RAM sticks and stuff like that. I'm thankful that you shared your process and will happily take what I can from it and see what is out there for myself, even if it's some things you used as well. Stay blessed.

    What a nice build buddy! I am into PC stuff from a long time and I like how you have come prepared for this video. You knew everything about how to build PC by yourself especially the small but very important details like the RAM and the Cable management. Congrats on your incredible build but just try to keep it on the desk, you have spent so much money on aesthetics that you only look when you turn on your PC. All in all, incredible work from somebody new to this hobby ;)

    solid build, I wonder why you didnt choose current generation amd 7000 series for your platform? It more future proof since the motherboard is confirmed to be compatible with future ryzen 8000-9000 cpus and ddr5 is no longer expensive enough to justify not getting it, this would make the upgrade process a bit easier in the future. Also your cpu runs better with 3600 CL16 timing ram kits instead of the current CL18 kit you have since 3600 CL18 is basically the same speed as 3200 CL16.

    • @ZackSNetwork
      @ZackSNetwork Год назад +2

      Don’t fall for the future proof scam from AMD. You will need to upgrade to a new motherboard to take advantage of zen 5. It will have a completely new architecture and use the same big and little core design like Intel. You will want a new motherboard that takes advantage of its new features as well as a more advanced memory chip controller on the new motherboards and Zen 5 CPU’s.

    Well unless you realllly needed the extra VRAM of the 3090 Ti, it was not the wisest allocation of budget. The 4080 (same price as the 3090 ti you got) has a little less VRAM but performs much better than the 3090 ti. A cheaper alternative would’ve been the 4070 ti for $800 which performance on par with the 3090 ti. Either way if you’re happy with your build, I’ll say no more, enjoy!
