Hey, Jayztwocents pointed out that having the 12-pin power connector bent, or cable managed, like that is the probably the reason why the connector melts. beautiful build btw.
@@soham0144 yeah I am. I think the theory was that when the connector is not seated completely, it causes an electrical arc that causes the melting of the plastic connector

3:55 You actually cannot upgrade to 4 sticks of ram with that cpu unless its under 3600 mhz ddr5 ram. I see you installed 5600 mhz ram so you would either have to downgrade to fit 4 sticks or buy more powerful 2 sticks. Its on AMD's product page for the cpu under ram compatibility. I recently built a 7900x cpu build and ran into this problem. The problem runs for the entire ryzen 7000 series cpus. Insane build none the less. Keep up the insane content!

Holy moly you are very good at walking through putting all the parts together. wasn't expecting such a well put together guide. I would love to see you put up a comparison video in warzone using a sniper and comparing 4k zoomed in from far. vs 1080p zoomed in from far. there are no videos out there comparing big scope zoom from hd to 4k
The only thing that I see wrong, you should have boughten a Artic or Corsair AIO 360mm or 420mm, instead of that little 240mm AIO.... I believe it's not enough to cool that CPU..... Overall great system love your detailed videos... 👍👍👍
@@certifiedchops4994 It depends what you want to do. If you just want the best for gaming, then the 7800x3D is better. But for me it is worth it. I play a lot of games but i also do 3D rendering and for multitasking the 7950x is a beast.

I got the same exact Zotac 4090; I got mine on launch day from newegg but when I installed mine half of the leds were dead on it, and still are, but other than that the card works fine. Nice build!

HELLO Joey 😂 The RTX 4090 is so overpowered like the rtx 3090 was struggling to push 30 fps at 8k and know the rtx 4090 is just made for 8k it’s insane technology has improved so fast and so much more efficient it’s crazy
Thanks for the replies. It was about how much he said! The build went well! I made beginner errors, but this guide really was fantastic. There wasn’t anything missing from what he said, maybe except how you should screw in opposite screws on the motherboard. But that’s it! I didn’t blow up, so that’s a good sign! Plays games really well.

you should do a ryzen + 4090 build on a Fractal North XL case with NHD-15 cooler. would be a very sick combo and video, thermals should also be amazing.

Well ive got 4 Sticks at 6000mhz cl 36 but Yeah am5 ram is a pain in the Ass to get right
