It is about keeping the people dependent and suppress and for the rich few that use it for they high while eventually big business will get CARONI land for Farming it of human profit. It is not good for anybody, T&T crime and domestic violence will increase while productivity will decrease which is low throughout T&T.
Firm and fair as always J.D. love it. I agree another session should be held. However I have come to understand that the move to decriminalization is due to improper sentencing of people held with the drug. A case being a young man of 17yrs held with the drug can face jail time. This young man may not have intentions to be a criminal but now he is exposed to other criminals. The issue now is that our jails are universities of crime and people with criminal time when they finished doing time will come out with intent to commit further crimes and even commitments to criminals to handle jobs as a return for their safety while spent at the jail. Therefore, Decriminalization can prohibited this effect from occuring, where you won't be charge for a certain amount (amount deemed enough for recreation). This isn't my view that it should or should not be decriminalized but the understanding of the criminal justice side of it. Let me know if uwi is having another. I'd like to attend.
The Bob Marley case is not a good example to downplay Cannabis healing properties. He was a threat to the powers that be, who had already tried to assassinate him by gunshots and he was under the care of an ex-Nazi doctor in Germany. Bob had also cut down his Cannabis use greatly on doctor's orders. In addition you need to look at the studies that showed effectiveness against cancer and see the dosage amounts and the methods of application.

Great video as usual, James! The audio and video was slightly out of sync when you were speaking though.
