    Seeing things as shapes instead of objects is always amazing to me. It makes things seem so much easier and less intimidating.
    “Scared of drawing a house?” Well how about a rectangle and a triangle?

    That brush looks very nice. Anyone knows where to buy it, I could use a new now.

      It's an Escoda Barroco brush 😁
      You can get one here:

    Works with faces and figures too. The problem is you'll be relying on reference photos often.

    • @Victor-gz8ml
      @Victor-gz8ml Год назад +24

      Do it enough times and you eventually won't. Plus nothing wrong with using reference. Reference makes you better

      Use everything at your disposal to make your art better. There’s no cheating

      Well if you want realistic/semi realistic pictures you literally have to use references...also that's a normal, not bad thing, I don't really see the point you're trying to make here lol did you think artists just go around drawing realism from memory???

      References are actually encouraged in art as it lets you see the world as it truly is.

    this is what i've always done which made my adjustment to alcohol markers (my sister gave it to me this Christmas) extremely hard as i had to be certain on where i put values and shadows accurately, otherwise i'd get a sloppy artwork

    What pigment is that? Plain black or is it a grey?

    • @LironYan
      @LironYan  Год назад +2

      Neutral Tint! By Daniel Smith (:
      It contains PBk 6, PV 19, PB 15 (so basically a black, a violet and a blue).
      It can be mixed as a variety of values of gray, or as a fully black color.

      If you go to your history after watching them, you can click the little menu by videos there including shorts & then it offers the ability to save them to playlists :) If there's another way I don't know of it, but at least it's something despite being inconvenient. RUclips really does need to make it easy to save shorts though for sure!
