This is such a lovely painting, Karen! I love that you included so much technical content in it in such a short time frame. It is easy to follow and the end result is wonderful. I think the addition of the people really added to the painting and I get a calm and cozy feeling looking at it 😊. I am a beginning watercolorist so this will be a wonderful painting for me to practice those techniques. I will definitely give it a go by the weekend and see how I do 😀 thanks so much! 💕

Thank you so much for including the info about paper towel dabbing! It took me 9 months on my watercolor journey before I realized the necessity of this technique. Thank you, Karen. I'm so glad you didn't show us the painting before you began using your imagination. I truly love to watch it only from a blank canvas / paper, seeing it all come together in it's process. I guess it's more clear to me that way. I hate seeing the end before I receive the gifts of your wonderful imagination and technique. It came out so beautiful. xxx
