    Love the content,the only thing I would change is remove the background sounds,it is distracting.

      Thanks for the feedback. I nearly didn’t add any background music to this video, but decided to as I thought it had a bit too much detail. I’ll use less going forward. Thanks for watching.

    Enjoyed the video. I own 3 BTLs. Two of them interst only and one a repayment. Do you think i should go intrest only on all 3 properties? Cheers.

      It depends if they are all positive cash flow now, it’s a good idea to repay the debt when rates are high.

      2010 repayment mortgage £82K
      60K remaining on mortgage
      Current property value 145K
      I'm thinking of pulling out 40K equity to re-invest which brings the debt back up to around 100K. Property will probably not cashflow on a repayment mortgage at that point. Decisions, decisions!! 🤯
