    @AhmedKhan is one of the best mentors in the UK for property development. The reason why I like his style is he gives so much value for free here on RUclips without selling or shoving a mentoring course down your throat. Very glad to have started working with him lately as my mentor. I'm sure by the time 2024 ends I will become very successful with his meticulous guidance.

    Well done - good video. As someone who knows economics your video will help a lot of people get the right mortgage - for me repayment is my first choice for non investors . A home to live in and repay the loan so you can enjoy life

    with interest only u owe the bank for the rest of ur life?
    isnt that bad on the long run if u have to pay them still in 50 years
    if you could have just payed it off and get more profit

      Yes but if you’re just paying interest only across the 30 year term, in 30 years time you can refinance or sell the property for what would most likely be a profit compared to what you paid 30 years prior

    Is there no way to avoid the interest ? Can't take it on for religious reasons as well as ethics.

      There is no way to avoid interest whatsoever, look for other ways to make halal money.
