I do agree that the Tank3 has a better aesthetic. It looks more professional with the subtle design. The AM8 honestly still looks really good though too. Probably better on stream/video with the RGB off. I think the AM8 is the better choice. Sound quality both are very similar for the most part. The AM8 definitely has the better bass and less hiss. And on top of that the $30 lower price tag makes it more competitive. Especially if your on a budget and don't want to skimp out on quality it seems like it would not let you down.
@@TekToyzGaming I already ordered one the other day. But it's still interesting to hear the differences between it and other mics. Probably if I hadn't gone for the AM8 I would have gone for the K688.
@@TekToyzGaming Doesn’t matter! It was great! Great video! I have the AM8. I lent it out to a friend. But it does sound oddly good for such a lower cost mic. But, Fifine has the niche for that! K669D is still my favorite!
@@TekToyzGaming ah thank your ! i have the canon EOS Rebel T 5 , is there much of a difference ? and how would i be able to use the camera for streaming ? and what tripod do you use ? the DSLR Camera Gimbal?
@@demonickitten3709 I’ve actually upgraded to the canon r50 for its improved 4K capabilities. For streaming you’ll need a capture card. I mount my camera on a standard tripod. Nothing too special.
Very nice, I have a am8, their song is very good
@@resistencia_0 yea the am8 is in the top 5 of budget mics.

@@MrSupersonic2012 the k688 is a good one. You can’t go wrong with either, unless you want RGB.
The AM8 clears!!

@@ClayAlan2024 k669D is another good one. It’s the little brother of the tank 3.
10/10
Thanks for the feedback.

also could you do a review on Fifine ampligame am8 rgb vs hyperx quadcast s or comment here for mic stats/opinions
Thanks. I am using a mixer of 2 cameras - The canon sl3 and iPhone 15. I would prefer the Fifine am8 as it also has xlr.
