@@yxnglucci4801. I think it's possible that I have back pain in my upper back from the first day I was trying out boxing. I was told to raise my shoulders..tuck in my chin..to not expose my chin and my neck.. It just didn't feel natural.. I'm liking this stance a little bit more however it still feels like it is something that could potentially cause muscle tension. I kick box(take a class in kickboxing)once a week and the stance there feels more natural.
I’m trying this, when I tuck in my chin I’m basically with my head down, it’s correct? Like to see in front of me I have to look “up” because I Lowered my chin
Look up with your eyes i think I am beginner trying to learn by youtube I downloaded a short video about jab done by precision striking how about you do you go to gym

front foot at 45 degree
Both feet shorr with aprat both feet arr parallel
My trainer has my front and back foot make a 90. So this is different but I like that
Day 1 beginner stood with this stance for 4.35 mins.❤(my back hurts🫠) 50 left jabs and 50 cross plus both together maybe 20.waiting for next day🫡

You forgot to raise the rear heel.
That is good stance for wanting to have your lead knee kicked in. But otherwise good tip - do not have elbows extended like white crane.
Good thing it's boxing, a fighting sport that only uses punches.
Key word "BOXING". You'd get your ass kicked (literally) if you used this in a real fight
