This Hanbo flow drill is amazing for coordination, flow, and developing proper body mechanics. Follow along and try this flow drill out! It’s movement mediation 👌
It can be regular hardwood or I see it is also very common for them to be made of rattan wood sticks. It is really easy to make your own though, by buying something like a rake handle and cutting it to the hanbo measure (90cm/3ft) and sanding off the cut edges. I did my hanbo with a wooden roller handle, and it turned out amazingly because it was already varnished so it has a beautiful natural color and a glossy effect, which is great for a better grip!
Nice work brother
Thank you Daniel. Hope you found this drill to be a valuable warmup or cool down 🙌🙏
A very good tutorial and I wonder how many practitioners work out with 1 inch diameter steel pipe full of sand . Have a great week everyone .
Thank you Quantum Mechanic. That sounds like an awesome workout 🙌💪
Who ever carries a sand filled steel pipe into a battle does not travel very far!!!
Excellent

Nice. :) Is the hand patting (touching the arms and legs) from FMA? :) Looks so.
Ádám Szabó you know what, I didn’t even realize I was doing that until you mentioned it so it must be bleeding over from one style to the next, lol
