Has anyone considered that a few videos before the fire, tim mentioned a bunch of crack heads who did the roof of the building and had all the extra holes in the sheet metal. Crack heads do some crack head things, whos to say they didnt start the fire in the shop? @Gentry & Sons Trucking ?

My dad retired from driving at a large local bakery and they discovered with their fleet of trucks that taller gears and smaller tires increased the mpg of their truck significantly enough for them to swap ALL the trucks to the same setup.

Man I'm in kinda the same problem. I have 402 370s and can't find any. Now I have to go to 336. Hopefully its not to high for me hauling heavy equipment in my little B model cat. You all keep on keeping on 💪💪.

Listening to you guys talk about what you are going to do with the old shop space I reckon you should build a building and make it your clean room where you rebuild your engines, gear boxes and stuff. that way you wouldn't need to worry about dust and dirt blowing everywhere into a new rebuilt engine Either way I can't wait to see the come back from this as its going to be one of the greatest. Im a Diesel Mechanic From Australia, at a Detroit Diesel dealership, so I enjoy watching you working on all the old girls. Wish I could come over and help out rebuilding some for you. maybe one Day.

Hopefully the shop close to the interstate will work out as it will probably have muck better access for trucks coming off the road and don't have to wind back roads for a couple of miles. The old shop could be built back to store merch and expand the office etc, maybe park show trucks like Johnny Cash

Fair play falling over oily diesel mud on ya back and diving straight back in to finish the job hats off to you guys man I'm gonna be honest I do miss doing them transmission jobs on my back getting atf in my hair and eating a cornish pasty with greasy finger prints on it, I miss it about 5% but overall they were great days that I miss that's why I love this channel 👍🏻

I had a van I changed the rear end it had 3/42 original I put a 3/08 in it speedo was 8-10 faster than it showed. It was gas not blessed with power got a little better mpg but it was on highway needed to be moving . You folks are going the other route will definitely climb and maintain speed I think you will like it

My grandfather drove for Bayliner boats outside of Cumberland Maryland years ago and he drove one of those cab over argosy with a cat motor and he loved it said that it rode really nice and did the job he delivered boats all over the states

Getting parts is getting crazy right now, I have been buying parts that I use but I don't need. Vendor told me the other day, I got 1 left and the next one is 40 weeks out.
