I believe the people on your channel deserve an explanation on the insurance coverage that you mentioned on a couple of occasions. If you would not have asked for money and tools ….. then I would have said that it is your private business.

Red desiel is for home and farm use. If found in a truck it's a DOT violation.
I personally think that buying the 389 was a great idea. Love you and your family.

@@Gentryandsons it’s the key to success. I’m a small 18 truck fleet also. I started making real money when I upgraded. They run sooooo much more efficient and attract 10 times the drivers
Running newer equipment runs the risk of it being parked waiting for parts . Due to lack of parts . Not good for the ROI . This from several youtube truckers and mechanics.
@@Gentryandsons Ive learned to keep my fingers out of the tuners and HP buttons on the newer stuff. It seems like the more i tinker, the more little trounles come along too.
@@archangel729 I don’t experience that with my fleet. I run 2014 and newer trucks with great success but we work o our own equipment and do not rely on stealerships
What is he even talking about?? He was buying a truck a week? And right now he’s supposed to be in a hold it together keep the trucks rolling mode, until they figure out a shop, he was going to get back in a truck and start stacking money? He bought the new engine and said it about broke him!! Point I’m making is, the bullshit is getting old.. I like Tim, and his small town business, but the BS is getting deeper and deeper..

As a person who knows nothing about these trucks, I sure do love the look of this Peterbilt. Been seeing videos of new trucks with all the digit dashboards and stuff but love the old school type round analog gauges.
Keeping your fleet clean from top to bottom is definitely noticed by your clients that you take pride in your business and them!

Tim i couldn't imagine a fire destroying everything but I understand having to start over. My parents have ran a towing and mechanic shop my whole life I think I was 4 or 5 when they started it. 35 years ago maybe. Long story short we rented the building and property the whole time. As of yesterday we have 3 weeks to get out. because the land lord got a offer for the property. I'm in basically complete panic but trying to stay calm I have a wife and 4 kids I support and it doesn't feel good knowing income just stopped. I recently started messing with RUclips shorts and want to make full videos. I've been watching you from the start and wanna say your positivity is amazing 👏

I always really liked the looks of that model of Freightliner. I’m also one of the few that likes Western Star trucks. I put a lot of miles on both and had a lot of luck with both. The Freightliner Coronado I drove had 600hp Detroit 13 speed while the Western Star was pushing about 625-650 with an 18 speed. I’m a Peterbilt fan as well but never really ran one OTR very much, just did a lot of transfers when we use to build trucks out. The Volvo probably had the best ride out of all the trucks I’ve driven.

Sadly you have to watch the streak in Beacon when they wash your truck. I find tons of spots they always miss. Man I love those Coronados. Definitely see a lot of those Coronados in East Tennessee from Fitzgerald . They are some good looking trucks.congrats on the new truck. You deserve it
Congratulations! Hopefully the Fitzgerald Detroit Engine will last long enough to get a genuine Detroit Reliabilt Rebuild with warranty before anything major happens!!
