So sorry to hear about your loss, Tim. I lost my Nana back in 1969 on Mother's Day. 64 years ago. And I still think about her everyday. She was a great cook. She made the best turkey stuffing from scratch and Irish Soda Bread. She was from County Mayo, Ireland. Lived to be 87. So many great memories of her.

R.I.P. Nanna. I'm sorry she's gone but look at it this way. No more pain. No more suffering. My grandmother passed in 2016 and she fought 10 years with breast skin and lung cancer. The doctors said she was only supposed to live 6 months after she was diagnosed so we are lucky we got the 10 years we did. She is proud of you and so are we.

Damn that thing sounds good. Back in the day, we had a 379 pushing 700 and we also had a plumbed in LP tank with a valve under the seat we could crack open when doing pulls at fair events.....

Hard to watch the videos now days they are all over the place, I pretty much just scroll through them now. It's like watching Rob @ Lunkers TV one day he's building a Sniper School and the next he's on the Pro Fishing tour. Some people like a hectic life i'm past that these days.

The whole thing about a regular driver doing what he does is messed up just because you build and buy trucks more then most people change there underwear that doesn’t mean you can say stuff like that because I damn sure know I can do what you did in this video

Lost my dad in 2018, he was 67, and fought chronic illness his whole life... as long as i could remember, despite all the health issues, he was still a loving, caring, strong person with strong morals and principles !
It never gets easier, you just find new ways to deal with it...

I hauled a load of crush cars down from New Hampshire to New York through the Green mountains in Vermont the cars were from the 40s 50s and the 60s and when I scalled in at the shredder in Rensselaer New York I weighed in just under 125,000 so it's hard to judge what scaling scrap is
Oh she’s loaded up 😊 , I always love that feeling when you go start off and it’s like “we workin we loaded “ , my old 1979 kw lw 924 packs 30 tons of logs every day and it just loves it 🎉😂

Driving like that at 11 years old is impressive for sure. I used to ride with a man when I was 16 and loaded Clorox in Jersey City New Jersey. When we passed the Ford assembly plant in Mahwah New Jersey and enter the New York Thruway at the Suffern exit (both are no longer there) the assembly plant was flattened and the tool gate was replaced with localized tolls. Anyway once he got the toll ticket he pulled over and jumped in the bunk and I drove 5 nights a week at 16 years old up the Thruway about 100 miles. I loved it and went on to drive for 30 years both as an owner-operator and a company driver. I am now retired at 68 and when I win the Gentry give away truck i will hot shot a week or two a month. Sorry about your Grandmother. I am pretty sure the statute of limitations is passed. haha 😅🤣

Tim Gentry, I've been subscribed to your channel since you first started and I already like you a lot because you keep it 100 and you are raising your family by the ole school rules but seeing you pull over and remove your hat when the funeral came by gave me a totally new respect for you, I live up in Rocky Top Tenn just about 5 minutes out from where you got Rooster a lil hung up delivering the big boat to Norris Dam Boat Dock and we still live by the ole school rules as well!!!

I’m sorry about your loss Mr.Tim. I was on the road at the end of may and got the call telling me I needed to get home to tell my grandpa bye at the end of his battle with cancer. No matter how much you prepare it’s never easy. Be safe out there man thinking of y’all!
Hey Tim, you can take a propane torch and slowly sweep it across the discolored plastic on the "Give Away Ford" and it will bring them back to look just like new. There are RUclips video's on hiw to do it.

I took on a SBA loan about 4 years ago with my landscaping business to get some bigger equipment and I tell you what the added stress of knowing that if I can't make my payment they will take everything from me. Has been rough. Thankfully we have been doing good and I'm on my last year of the loan but I cannot wait until that last payment has been sent in.

Condolences to you and the whole Gentry Family. It is hard to lose a loved one even when you know it is coming. I have lost a few through the dreaded cancer and in a way I am happy that they are at peace finally, when I lost my brother in 1995 due to a car accident it taught me that life is short, think about today as tomorrow may never come.
