So my old man passed in 2010 of cancer when I was 17. I’m 30 now. About 35 minutes in when you were talking about Brax being all big and bad reminded me a lot of myself when I was a kid. Really made me smile and take me down memory lane. Was a lot like that kid when I was his age and my dad was a lot like you Tim. My dad was only 19 years older than me so we kinda grew up together until we didn’t. Thanks man. Didn’t realize I needed that on this awesome Friday after over 60 hours this week. Really do appreciate that. 🤟🏻👌🏻🤙🏻
You know I like Braxton because he keeps it real and he tells you how serious it gets out there he spilled the tea.😂 And he tells you it's not always roses And Cool sometimes it gets tough keep on keep on keeping it real braxton👏🏾
I love the relationship you have with Brax. It's so special. I was wondering why they didnt cover the sail boat for hauling it. Like I see other boats being hauled.
I'm really happy to see Brax get to go out on loads like this to learn how to load one and do all the proper procedure to make sure clients want to call you over anyone else. A funny side note is that place would be interesting as a place to railfan since the NS line is practically feet away from the place.
Love watching the boat hauling content cuz it's what i do for a living, also interesting to see the slight differences in equipment and techniques (sailboats can be a huge pain)
Dang you rolled right close to where I’m from my father and I have a small trucking company. Definitely love the videos always watching them! Big inspiration to growing our company
Tim, your a Blessed man. You go to work and get to enjoy your son (Brax) while your make a living. Really enjoy your videos, here in Southeast Texas. Stay safe.
I watch you guys all the time I've drove for over 30 yrs and I would love to drive for Gentry Trucking if you ever need anyone in in KY.... all flatbed ..thanks
Hey Tim, my name is Tim to anyways when you got three people in the truck you have to make sure you have seatbelts for everybody. You got a riders permit for you since you’re the owner of the truck rider permit to carry with you each passenger you have have a good day. Good looking boat.
Great to see an American shipwright still in action. It is part of our long legacy and historical significance. Not outsourced and hopefully never will.
Sailboats are not meant to move and twist in the water. Sailboats should be hauled with the supports placed under the bulkheads and stringers. Sailboats must have extremely rigid hulls due to the rig supporting the mast, if the hull was flexible the rig would not maintain tension on the mast.
Hey Tim maybe one day I would see you in traffic like I see Orwell yesterday in traffic on us 35 behind me it made my day I would not mind seeing you guys one day good luck in your trip Tim
Sail boats are always fun to load that one bracket you were having problem with the screw pad hitting if you turned the bracket around the square pipe sticks out and gives you clearance did you buy the new racking on 10wide from waltron they have the sailboat racking that makes it so easy. Looks good tim
That weight station there on 75S by Crittenden is RARELY open. Lived near there for 15 years, maybe seen it open a handful of times. So cool seeing a familiar area on video!!!
Hey Tim, take a look at the specs for a Fleming 55 motor yacht. LOA:60' 9' (18.50 m) LWL:50' 10' (15.5 m) Beam:16' (4.88 m) Draft:5' (1.52 m)* Air Draft:16' (4.88 m)* Displacement Light:67,801 lbs (30,754 kg) Displacement Full:80,178 lbs (36,368 kg) The crazy thing is, factory to harbour where they are built, 20 miles on roads. They truck these boats 20 miles to ship them out on ships. This is the smallest of the 5 they make and all 5 are built in the same facility and shipped to the same port on trucks. *21' from keel bottom to highest point when rigged for lowest height above the water
I met you a 75 chrome shop truck show I do 8 axle plus I’ve never hauled a sailboat but I understand due to the cranes I haul and the double crude tankers I used to haul how to keep the surge and or the roll down how smooth you have to be I’m a Cummins man though it’s all we’ve ever run in my families trucks it’s what I fix everything I drive has a 600+ hp Cummins in it even my dually
Tim, I noticed that the rear banner on the trailer had wide load displayed. I've been told here in Ga. this is incorrect and essentially not permitted on any oversize load, at least not in Ga. I haul logging equipment randomly and that's the way it was told to me by an official, not officer, from the Ga. DOT enforcement division. Someone on here may chime in with something different but you may want to verify if what I'm telling you is indeed correct. All I can say is I banner all my loads OVERSIZE now and was told this is the correct way that the banner should be displayed on all over-wide, over-length, and over-height loads. Best of luck to you and your company and family in the crazy world of trucking.
Hey man, you have earned your truck. Sitting in your yard of choice, ready for you to go do whatever it takes to enhance your business. (And fix ya daddy's damaged service truck. That's an enhancer.) P.s. do you know how many CEO's cant even get a. Rig rolling in the parking lot of their corporate offices?
About time the johnny cash and and the air force truck came on the seen .old trucks are better then all your modern trucks .easy to fix up when something happens to them .
