60 x 80 should work for both tractor and trailer. You should look at a steel structure no wood poles. Steel frame work that would bolt to the concrete. If ever needed to move it. You could without cutting poles from the ground. Also, those shipping containers are a great way to store and secure assets. And you can move those too.

Yessir, Tim, since ya asked for input, I really like the idea of all of your parts, tools, thievables, and burnables bein' stored every night in containers (cans). Havin' all of those valuables safely tucked away under lock and key every night would allow me to sleep a little better if it were my operation. Also, as you said, ya gotta have something to work in/under comfortably outta the weather, and if ya have plans for that other facility, something simple would fill the bill. When the time comes to relocate operations to your future facility all ya have to do is run those cans right out to the site. Then, you can sell 'em, continue to use 'em for parts overflow and such, orrrrr you could build an underground bunker with 'em heh, heh.
I love those ol' Mack "Road Dawgs", first big truck I ever drove was a 1981 Mack Superliner I was told, "...drag that dawg's b@ll$ along the edge of the road and you'll be good.", heh, heh. Also, of course, who doesn't love the Rubber Duck? I have always wanted to build one just like that to work/play/show. I even owned one Mack, it wasn't a cool Superliner or R Model, it was a 1996 Mack CH613 with a wound-up E7 427 that worked remarkably well. I had straight pipes on it so it sounded wicked and that ol' dawg could get down the road. Anyway, folks be safe and courteous out there, and may all the wind be at your backs.

Maybe some storage containers like you said for tools and stuff. maybe use the storage container as a giant tool box. Make use of what you can and try to save so you can build the bigger building. Once it's up you'll have two buildings to work in.
