I HAVE INFO ON THE NEWFOUNDLAND SIGHTING!
My grandparents moved from Newfoundland in the early 70s to Ontario. They still owned a cabin that my grandfather built years prior outside of Botwood. They would frequently return home to visit family as my grandpa had 9 siblings. I can't confirm the exact year as of this moment but even to this day my grandpa still swears by the same story. Sometime in the mid to late 70s he was traveling from a relatives house to his cabin late at night around 2am. He was on a back road in a wooded area (so much of Newfoundland is Forrest) when he says a massive saucer like object suddenly appeared just above the trees with lights all along the bottom just as described in this video. He was terrified and said the object followed him for most of his drive at the same speed he was driving. The road had many bends and hills and he said when would turn out of sight of the object it would come back in view in a minute or so as if it were following him. It followed him for 45 minutes he said until it eventually flew away. His story has never changed. He is 77 years old and I'm 25 and he's one of my best friends. I trust him. I will call him tomorrow to get the exact details and update my comment. This is the first video I've seen of yours that I might know something extra about :) sorry for the long post, cheers guys!

My mom worked at the Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake for over a decade and never had any paranormal experiences but she knew a coworker who ran into someone in the dark theatre and no one was there. There was an usher that died in a fire there in 1949 who they say haunts the place. They call him George.
Edit: I realize this is mentioned later on, poor Richard has been called George for years

I used to be a custodian at the Capitol theatre. I was pushed and locked into the same basement bathroom and i could smell smoke. The temperature seemed to be well over 100 degrees. Other times i would be mopping the floor and I'd come back and find the mop bucket knocked over. After a while i got used to Richard (the spirit) and he would shut off lights or turn them on for me if i asked. Creepy at first but got used to it...

@@andreaalta yeah its a beautiful building! All of the textured wood wall coverings are all hand carved by artisans... A lot of love and care went into the building! You might be able to get a tour. The last dessing room in the basement at the end of the hall is wherecthey found his body and is the most active part of the place.... Enjoy your tour and if you do aknowledge Richard and thank him for looking over the building he'll appreciate it and might appear for you!

It's the soft Welsh burr of his accent that does it for me.
He would be an excellent choice for sleep aid audios. Actor Matthew Mcconeghy (?) does these audios and I could listen to his voice as well. Both very calming voices. If I close my eyes I can see exactly what he's describing.

It's weird... paranormal stories are comforting to me. They help me to believe theres an afterlife. I think if I were to see a ghost I would want to hug it out of relief because the concept of death and it being the end scares me more than anything.

The jail story is beyond true. My father's best friend ever was one of the officers who witnessed it. He said the rain was going up from the ground and the inmate was also speaking to them in a weird voice.

Thank you for reporting Don Decker’s situation so faithfully, so many people add to it or try to sensationalize. The so-called levitation was a word one of the police men used in his report kind of incorrectly, it was more like being thrown around the room, and the officer was at a loss for words because Decker was completely off the floor. We think of levitation as something slow and steady, but that poor boy was wrung out like a wet dishrag!

I work for a police department in Houston Texas, and our building is haunted. It's an old historic building that has been many things over the years. It was the original sight of General Sam Houston's mansion after the Texas Revolution, it was a fire station, it was a very old police station with holding cells before it was renovated into a court house/police department.
I have experienced odd things. Feeling like I was being watched when I was one of 3 people in the building, something behind me, hearing an elevator bell ding from an old elevator that hasn't worked in over 10 years. We don't know what or who "haunts" this building, but we just chalk it up to the land being very old and historic...
Not since Rod Serling narrated The Twilight Zone has there been a voice as perfect for the subject of the Paranormal as is yours. You manage to dial up the tension and mystery in these videos tenfold. Awesome job!

Hello I am thrilled to hear you discuss the Capital Theater in Salt Lake City! I I’ve in Salt Lake City and havre lived here my whole life. The haunted theater is absolutely factual. The boy who died from smoke inhalation was quite the scary truth. As well as the crazy truth that the Duffin boy who died also met his father in death due to a freak accident one year later.
I'd have to say this is probably the best one I've seen yet!
