Thoughts, feelings, sensations, circumstances of the outside are just that, coming and going, like clouds. My true self doesn't have to and don't hold on to them. Like you said, I am the awareness and the space. My real core cannot be triggered by those outside events.

Hi Sunny, I can see that I, as awareness, sees the pain, but am not the pain. I tried this when I was actively experiencing some chronic pain in my feet. I could separate I as awareness from the pain, but this did not make the pain go away, the pain was still very much there. It made me think, what's the point, and also who is it that's experiencing the pain.? Thanks Sunny. 🙏
Yea I want peace too but I also want happiness fun safety freedom love power wealth opportunities and multiple talents. Is that too much 🤷♀️ ok can I have at least half of that list ?
This meditation is very good but I have a question. You mentioned something along the lines of "The doer is not you as it is the intelligence that is you that takes care of things". Please could you elaborate on this ?
Hi Sunny! Just wanted to ask what is your opinion on Osho? He seems to preach pretty much the same stuff as you in the videos. Such as mindfulness , living in the present moment, watchfulness etc. There's some controversy going on about his personal life, based on what I read on the internet. But his teachings look legit. What do you think? Thank you you for you hard work and dedications!
