Thank you for this! The words were beautiful. The concept of being able to do daily life, but to remain unattached is challenging to grasp and practice. This particular meditation is an excellent pointer for that.
If we went to the zoo and watched the monkey enclosure, we would naturally observe the dancing monkey over the one silent and unmoving. This is the challenge in my opinion. Thoughts are just so pulling.
