    Love this! Had my 7th grade son doing this minus the caffeine and seeing great results...mixed with his lifting and training he had a 20 foot PR (97' to 114') yesterday in the discus! Smashing the competition. Lots left in the tank and the season is early...shot needs some work.

    Why do u have a Canadian jacket on? Did you ever coach a Canadian thrower or lifter?

      Most likely Tim Nedow, could be wrong.

      If I remember correctly, he trained with a Canadian Olympian back in 2008.
