Sorry for the delay! Please forgive! Well, Chef Jenn, I love roasted potatoes. Always a favorite. However, potatoes are a carb and some of us don’t process them well (Me! Me!). Carbs turn into more fat for me! Well, anyway, this is a good recipe that I will definitely use. I like how you improvise in your videos. That is so cute. You are a card! Your finally product looked amazing. Looks nice and creamy in the middle. These would be good with a meatloaf or some fried chicken. This is the way that I will make my next dish of roasted potatoes. @@malsker0306 - I prefer rice over potatoes. Still, I do eat a lot of potatoes. Lisa loves them and she makes them quite often because she does the majority of the cooking. I eat them, but I have to be mindful to not overdue it. I have a hard head most of the time! Peace.
