Hey Brandon, thanks for reviewing this song 🙏🤟🤟. I'm really happy that you liked it. All of this musicians are incredible and genius. I saw them live back in the 90s and i stood there with my mouth wide open because they where live just as precise and heavy as on their record! I did'nt know that this is live reproducible, but they did it. The guitar players are Lee Altus and Doug Piercy. They are both rythm and lead guitarists and an absolute tream team! If you want more listen to their song "Hypnotized". My favorite of them. And if you like these kind of power balads like Metallicas "Fade to Black" or "One" than listen to "Prisoners of Fate". This is the ultimate song in this genre with stunning melodies and an incedible solo finish. Keep doing up what you do, we need more. Cheerz, ivenstein 🍻🍻🍻
Good Question...I Missed Out On An Absolutely Splendid Band...This Band & LP: Victims Of Deception~Blew Metallicas Black Album To Bloody Hell...Tracks On This Record Are 6 To 9 Minutes Long!..
Greatest band 2 never make it. I bought that album the day it came out. They were from Sanfran and were early influences to Metallica. I think that album came out in 1990
Dude, welcome back! Was certain we lost ya. :) Holy shit I haven’t listened to this old Heathen in way too long. So thanks for that nostalgia trip. Not sure if your familiar with the band Forbidden or not but I’d suggest adding the song Twisted Into Form or Through Eyes of Glass to your list. Or fuck it, check them both out… you’ll dig ‘em. 🤘
Haha nah I'm just ridiculously slow at putting out content! Made some life changes recently that have gotten in the way but I'm excited to get started up again. My goal is to make much more of a priority out of it from here on out. Thanks for coming back and supporting, I'll definitely throw Forbidden on the list!
@@BrandonBames Never ever worry again!!!! I think - besides the fact that I am a complete guitar-sucker - you really need talent to listen and repeat that fast and good! So never ever… 😜🤘
If you would like to react to an artist you might not have heard of, I recommend Aesthetic Perfection with Gods and Gold. It features Richard Z Kruspe, (the guitarist of Rammstein)
If you aren't big into Thrash then you probably don't know this band. They have only released 4 LP's in a 30+ year career. You definitely want to hear their songs Silent Nothingness or Control by Chaos from their 2010 LP.
Haha yea I remember seeing Exodus in 2008 or something and Gary was joking with Lee Altus to bring out the fucking record already 😂It's a shame they don't have more albums but the albums they do have are absolute masterpieces in my opinion. Also they still kick ass on live shows, one of my favourite bands to watch live and listen to at home too.
Love Heathen. Their latest album Empire of the Blind is amazing. They're as close as you can get to old school Metallica without being old school Metallica.

The beginning of the song reminded me of Dyers Eve
I saw these guys play live last week and they absolutely destroyed and David's vocals are still on point. Their new albums are really good as well.
I saw these guys play last year up in Berkeley! They were amazing as always.
Es increible este grupo
Guitarists Are: Lee Altus & Doug Pearcy...However~Lee Altus[Alongside Vocalist David Godfrey]Are The Only Original Remaining Members Of HEATHEN...

Didn’t know heathen as well! Great to experience with a dude that can play riffs after the first listening! 🤘
I appreciate the encouragement, I was worried it might be kind of annoying with me sitting there butchering the riffs haha.
