totally agree that the frequency of these high-quality videos is truly remarkable, however i also hope that they don't burn out and view making videos more as an enjoyment instead of as a chore 😊
This is the best climbing channel i found so far, wow. The technique explanations are really well done. Straight to the Point with an illustrating example.
Dynamically putting your whole weight on that red footchip when there is a big-ass green sloper directly underneath surely shows how much confidence you have in your footwork. I would just look at that move and say "No".
this is gold, really useful stuff. also great reading practice for rest days, thanks to the overview of the complete problem before you do it (hardly anyone does that for some reason, they just start climbing). means I can pause the video, try to read the problem, and then check against your beta, which somehow makes it easier to remember the tips (i tend to get it wrong and then go "oh that's where the foot goes")
Great video, Maddy! Has come at just the right time - I'm working on a tricky (for me!) slab problem with a scary foot swap high up on a tiny foot chip on the bottom corner of a volume. I'm going to revisit it in my next session - hopefully your tips will make a bit of a difference! 😊
This was a great watch! As someone who climbs at CR, it was cool to see you hop on some familiar climbs (i’ve been projecting that green V5). Super cool seeing you break down the foot work!
The frequency in which you guys upload these high-quality videos is insane
Keep it up👍

Whether it's a Zach video or a Maddie video, you know it's going to be great! Thanks again you two.
OMG that foot cross technique. I never even thought about that. A lot of valuable tips especially on the dreaded slab. TYTY

Thanks for pointing that out we’ll definitely keep doing it!
Very very high quality and helpful video. love it!!!!!!!
These technique videos really standout! I love how you tell us your insight and common threads for us to learn from! ❤
Brilliant advice, especially on the green dualtex which looked terrifying.

Lol yup I also came to watch Maddy walk up my project (the green v5). Not a regular CR climber but was working that one last time I visited!

Wow, and Maddie was able to talk while climbing the whole time
What you didn’t see were the cuts I made because I was out of breath 😭
谢谢!
Thank you so much 😁
That chalk bag is u n h i n g e d
I thought you weren't supposed to use the corner of the wall on the red 17 at 7:13? (there's black tape behind the corner).
I was just showing the footwork piece in the middle so I cheated my way up the start 😅
@@richardsonsclimbing ooh ok sounds good haha :)
Most of these footwork only work if your finger strength and grip are already strong enough, no? But still, very useful video.
You and Zach have the exact same speaking cadences hahahah
😅😅
Nice like her
