@@newsbook8869 at Noon 12Pm. Make sure you sit only for 15 mins. If possible expose your back skin ( remove tshirt and expose your back to sun light for 10 mins and later turn and expose front area i.e, belly area for 5mins)... This is the best way to fulfill daily Vitamin D levels. Also, make sure you wear shorts.
@Hendra Gunawan So that you expose maximum of your Skin to Sun. If you are not conformable with Shorts then u can sit wearing your Pants, in that case you have to sit for 25-30mins

@presidentrepublic2479 yeh I did, my hair was falling aggressively, after taking sun bath each day for 40 mins it has nearly stopped, only once or 2 may fall, I was surprised by this, although I have male pattern baldness so anyway it can't be stopped,

I've read, the best time to get vit. D is from 10 a.m- 3 a.m. 15 min exposure for fair skin & for darker skin, a little bit longer, about 25 min. is enough.

same noon time kasi yan ang the best time we can get the vitamin D. Unlike sa maaga o pa-hapon na exposure, less ang makukuha na vitamin D. Make sure wala kang sunscreen sa katawan pra di ma-block ang vitamin D na papasok sa skin mo. 10-15 minutes a day as starting ay mainam then increase mo to 20-30 minutes but pag ramdam mo na ang paso, stop mo na.
@@junemercado 10am-2pm ang beneficial para maka gain ng vitamind D galing sa araw. depende rin sa skin tone mo, if mejo maputi ka 5-10 minutes lang then out na, pero kung mejo tanned skin ka naman mga 15-30 minutes ang required. Di nacoconvert yung morning sunlight to vitamin D kasi yung sunlight from 7am- 9am is mahinang content lang ng UVB rays. Personally ako 2 times a week then 10am-12am during weekends or online class nag papa araw sa labas, mga 15-20 minutes max pero nalagay ako sunscreen sa mukha bago mag pa araw. mas better din if exposed back skin, yung chest pati legs.
