You can buy them from bunnings but they arnt cheap. $358 are called quoss wels 3 star reno transformer freestyle mixer
Cheaper than knocking a hole in your wall, replumbing, retiling and buying new tapware...

@@nguyenvanduc2512 I actually saw a home made solution to this the other day. Someone simply welded the hot and cold pipes out of the wall and screwed on a mixer. It didn't look the best, but it worked and would've been cheap :)
I just checked Bunnings, these things are now $449!

I have a twist on shower (like 90s hotel style) single to reg shower head...BUT, also have 2 knobs to one faucet tub on bottom. Looks like it was tub only style and then they added the shower later. The pressure from the tub knobs are way better than the twist center turn on to the shower head. Any suggestions???

Yes the important part was that you have to connect a separate shower line which you didn’t use the existing pipe.
