Made this a few days ago but made mixed berries cheese cake instead since I had lots of frozen berries. Turned out so good. Thank you for this easy light cheese cake. Loved it.
Just tried this and it is actually amazing. Has the same texture as soufflé. Is quite sweet so add less sugar if needed. The gelatine was not enough as the cake was still runny when cut. Make sure you add a lot of butter for your buiscuit crumbs as I added less and didn’t realise and it kept coming apart. Lovely recipe though, thank u

I also use to love watching full serve gas station attendants hand wash & dry the car’s front window. I’d be mesmerized. Sound only came into play in the last year or so when I watched my first Than video--a one egg pancake. It looked intriguing, so I came for the recipe, but stayed for the bitchin’ ASMR. Whenever chaos disorders my day, a little wine and Thy’s music free & no talking videos ( the ones with a lots of stirring & bowl scraping), offers stellar reprieve.
The video, the recipe, the filming, the editing, the clean cuts everything on point. No music, no unnecessary details just to look complicated, I need to learn all of that from you ❤ Lots of love from India ❤❤

When you say chill for 3 hours what do you mean ? Put it in a freezer or in a fridge ?
