  • In today's video we'll discuss should you take cbd oil to quit smoking.
    We'll break down what is cbd oil and how it's made, discussing the difference between full spectrum vs isolate cbd.
    Next we'll discuss my experience using cannabidiol or rather cbd to quit smoking and how it's effective for stopping cravings. We'll adress what are the benefits and also how it makes you feel.
    There's so many cbd benefits but I don't think everyone should use it. So we'll cover who is the right candidate for taking it and who shouldn't!
    The reasons why I take cbd oil can be totally different than somebody else's, but in the end if you're trying to stop smoking or any other addiction, than watch this video until the very end. We cover crucial information all the way until the last second!
    Even if it's not herb and rather cbd and cigeratte smoking it can still help you. Full Spectrum Cannabidiol has no thc and contains all the healing effects of the different properties like cbn, cbg, cbd, etc... Which actually causes the benefits you feel.

    Wishing you an excellent week and success in whatever you do. Thank you for being here and taking the time to read this description my friend. Take care and I'll see you in the next video!

    Day 5....
    The cravings are sooo bad. I have a few grams in my room but a friend is coming tonight to take it away. I'm heading out right now to get some cbd oil and walk a bit.
    Thank you for making this video. I've been smoking all day everyday for 6 or 7 years and man, hearing other people's stories gives me the hope and strength that God knows I need.
    Excuse my english, I'm not a native speaker and writing is way harder than speaking for me.

    25 years chronic stoned-attempted to quit once. My brains been chemically hijacked for way to long. I have been using CBT. Cognitive behavioral therapy- specifically Visualization. It now appears I’m trapped in a body that doesn’t fit my self image. FEAR- of all things associated with stopping has bound my life to this deceptive trap. I came to a place in my mind that I just have to be the sober person I long for, & for way too long. Been in the fog from age 19-44. With all of my research and studies on the subject I’ve seen and been inspired to spring from this trap. Your videos prove to me all to well you’ve been there took the leap and are making a new for yourself. I don’t know you obviously, but I’m proud that you have achieved your success. I know, as well, as you know you are free for life. When I get there, I will never look back.. I want you to know you have inspired me to take the leap for the better me. I’ve watched all of your videos and you are spot on. I appreciate you putting yourself out there with your story, trials and achievements.
    Oh, and great pointers on the regiment to stopping. I personally can not move, but have moved my way of thinking through this stormy cloud. ✌️bro and keep up the good spirits. You look amazing and much healthier as a result. Thanks again for sharing... JB

      Beautifully put JB, thank you for the kind words as well. I personally can say quitting would have been impossible for me with how badly my brain fought me to have it, creating such intense agony of "I want to smoke". I knew moving away was the only solution for how addicted I had become. If you can't move try your best to change your environment so that it's not attainable what so ever. Is that possible? Deleting everyone's numbers who's associated with herb and getting rid of bongs/pipes.
      When I was smoking I would do meditation visualizing what I wanted and would repeat I am sober but it just wasn't enough for me. Please, try and do whatever you can to move to a safe place and escape it all together if you can JB. Let me know if you have any questions.

    CBD liquid helped me quit especially for the first 5 to 6 days which are really difficult. I paid too much for it. 12 days sober and feeling so much better. I was doing it orally and vaping very lightly. I’ve stopped vaping and now only few drops orally like twice a day. 7 drops at bed time 😅

    Full spectrum cbd is the best thing to take when quiting weed, but you dont need it. But its a very big saviour, and there are very possible health benefits, in taking it once in a time or maybe even daily

      @BetterYouNow  4 года назад +1

      Def agreed Yakub! At the end of the video I break down ppl who leave their environment don't need it because herb is out of sight out of mind. However if it's in your environment and you can't escape herb than cbd can def help to reduce cravings!

      @@jciampa103 Yep. I went out in weekend with my friends and I rolled one up for them to bring up some memories but I will never smoke again. I have 2 months and 3 weeks streak , I won't want to ruin it.

    Hemp is cannabis, BTW. CBD oil is usually taken from hemp because that's the only federally legal way to do it. Hemp-derived CBD oil will usually contain 0.3 percent THC, while marijuana-derived CBD oil will contain more THC.

    Here in California, I have access to pot dispensaries all within a 20 min drive from me. everywhere I go it smells like weed. I'd be better off in Canada.

      Come to Mexico! If you make money online it's very cheap as dollars double up on the peso, so you have a lot of buying power :)
      I hear Canada is absolutely beautiful so def not a bad choice either though. I can imagine in Cali haha it's the laid back state and supposedly taking over the market and outsells even Colorado. Better reason to escape it and move somewhere clean my friend :)

      40 days my friend. I made a video which went semi-viral called, "3 things you must do to quit smoking weed". I was on day 5 but relapsed on day 10. Spent two years after that hooked and miserable. Finally had enough so I moved to a new city and now am forty happy and stable days.
      Life is SO much better. Proof is in the pudding, just look at the channel and how I'm uploading almost daily. Productivity is at an all-time high, relationships have improved drastically, am finally human again :) How are you Hunter?

      OfficialJesseStone I’ve been good I want to quit too but it’s kinda hard I’m afraid bout my sleep because I’ve had insomnia before when I took a tolerance break, and I’ve been starting to use weed to help me like falling asleep and I use it for anxiety,
      I’m just scared about how long withdrawals will last and I want to know if cbd will actually help me like for sleep and anxiety like the anxious cravings I get sometimes when I’m not high. I just don’t know if I can do cold turkey.

    • @hunterrosen8157
      @hunterrosen8157 4 года назад

      I just feel like it’s gonna not take me one time to quit it’s gonna be hard didn’t u relapse a couple times and eventually achieved ur goal?

    • @BetterYouNow

      Melatonin will be for getting sleep. The CBD takes the edge off of cravings because it makes you feel like you smoked. It usually would turn off 90% of my cravings. However it didn't make me fall asleep. That's why it sounds like you need melatonin most!
      Don't worry insomnia will clear up within two weeks and I slept pretty good the first two weeks with melatonin. I think it was like just twice I woke up and laid in bed for an hour. It happens but you have to push through. Life is so much better without. You can def go cold turkey, but you'll have to delete friends numbers and anyone who can get it for you! If not it's a mental battle constantly of, "Should I smoke or should I not smoke". You got this!! Push through my friend, you're stronger than you know.
