Small industrial loft staged as a lake house with light modern finish containing 2 Bedrooms, an open kitchen as well as a private courtyard and private balcony for the master bedroom, perfect for Sunday stay-ins.
The interior design finish for the main living areas is a light industrial look, with exposed brick walls, complemented by the dark interior finish in the bathrooms to emphasize the feeling of privacy a perfect contract to the bright and grand feeling from the double height space of the living room.
It doesn't get anymore industrial than this!
Dimensions: 6.5 X 12.5 Meters containing a total of square meters of indoor living space
This design is just a concept, if you would like to use it, I recommend you work with an architect from your region to customize it to suit your preferences as well as building codes and requirements in your region.
This is not a container house or extreme tiny house.

Great concept. I would widen the design a little, and then move stairs to entrance hall, which would free up space in living area for dining. Also would put a ribbon of horizontal windows above the eating counter. Love the courtyards.

Why there is no kitchen ?.
Although nicely appointed and with a thoughtful layout, the mere idea of placing a square block of made of brick, mortar and concrete by the lake seems so out of place. IMHO it seems more natural to build a dwelling like that in a very urbanized setting.
Very nice, but the cost of your window wall is the price of the whole house.
Love the design but the kitchen bothers me. It would be so much more usable with space for a dining table. Maybe using a smaller sofa, idk
