    Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs - 3 lbs pork chops
    2 teaspoons of salt
    1 large egg
    3 - 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    Sauce
    4 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
    4 tablespoons of black or distilled vinegar
    4 tablespoons of ketchup
    4 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
    2 tablespoons of minced garlic
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
    Instructions
    - Pound pork chops
    - Season with salt
    - Mix in egg
    - Cover pork chops with cornstarch and mix to coat
    - Add oil to hot pan
    - Fry pork chops in batches
    - Remove and place on paper towels
    - Mix sugar, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, ketchup, hoisin sauce, water, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl
    - Add sauce mixture to hot pan
    - Mix sauce and cook until thick consistency
    - Add pork chops
    - Serve and enjoy! 😀
