Your videos should have so many more views. You make more sense than therapist and psychologist. Thank you

Thank you Lisa! I agree with everything you mentioned here. Especially with the fact that most difficult part of going through this abuse and then being cheated on, and abandoned, is the self-doubt that remains with the survivors. Also, in shifting the focus from what hit us to how do we heal it. I have trauma stored in my body, from these events, where my body goes into the state of anxiety with smallest of triggers, and then I become disoriented, with weak self-belief. Dealing with new relationships is hard too, no longer knowing what is right and wrong in the ocean of self-doubt that now lives in my body and mind. I will be focusing on healing this part from here on. Cheers to everyone, who is struggling to survive and then thrive after emotional abuse.

I totally relate to how it’s in the body. Disoriented is a great word for how it manifests in current situations. It’s like living in two worlds. Wishing all the best for you.

One way to know that you're dealing with a narcissist is when they take, and take, leaving you feeling depleted. Whereas, you'll receive less, and less or nothing in return.

I'm widowed so don't really qualify for your expertise. But I nonetheless enjoy listening to you articulate complicated relationship principles.
