I absolutely LOVE these longer videos! To help control my blood sugar (I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes) I need to either walk outside for 30 min or do a video workout for 30 min to help control my blood glucose levels from spiking every single day. This is a lifestyle change that I will have to do forever. Please create more videos that are 30 min or more, especially at an intermediate level. I would appreciate it so much! Thank you for giving me an option to exercise indoors! I live in an urban area and don't feel safe going out for my walk after dark when no one is around, there are lots of muggings and sometimes asian hate crimes in my city and I feel better having an indoor option. Thanks again for providing these videos that are literally saving my life.

Pre-Covid I was walking 2 miles per day to the bus stop and back followed by an hour on the bus each way…then C happened and wfh meant no exercise at all…lost both my parents within 5 months of each other in 2022 and I let myself go completely…grief and loneliness took over with a morbidity which came over me unannounced …two months ago exactly, I started exercising again with you both and today I completed this whole 40 mins for the first time feeling confident, happy and relaxed after it! I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for your videos, your inspiration and for your cheerfulness throughout…gratitude and only gratitude! Hi ladies, i've been working out with you for about 3 weeks now and this has been the routine I like the most. I feel my balance and endurance has improved greatly. I retired from a pretty physical job 14 months ago and have had a hard time trying different exercises to keep reasonably fit but drop off through boredom or the exercise's have been too hard to keep up (Im 67) . Wow! I totally fell in love with these videos a few months ago. Hubby and I are both 70 and I got him doing them too. Always hated exercise but these are fun and easy to follow. I was ill last year and lost weight (good) but also lost muscle and balance. I love the pyramid as well as the strengthening exercises for the osteoarthritis in my knees. Keep up the fabulous work, both of you. If your mom can do it, so can I!

For some crazy reason, I thought this would feel easy! I definitely got my heart rate up! I like the pyramid-style workouts. The constant changing-up keeps it interesting, and the increases and decreases help to make it feel like I'm making progress. Thank you to both of you!

I discovered these videos aboout a month ago. I LOVE them. I am a person who used to do step aerobics, jazzercise, kickboxing, plus more, a few years ago. Now as I age I have had to try to modify my workouts. I tried several other exercise videos over the past 2 years.. Then I found a way to workout at 72 when I happened onto these videos. Just what t I needed. I am grateful to find something I enjoy and makes me feel better. I have less arthiritis pain, and I'm more flexible, BP is good too.. Enjoy the mom & daugher duo. very much. Thank you for this fun workout! Did the first 22 min. while on hold to book rides with our local transit service for people with disabilities and other medical issues. They have extended service for winter only customers to May 6, 2022 because of the snowy weather here in Manitoba. Today it's raining! A few minutes later, my 94 year-old friend phoned to sing hymns together over the phone. Finally finished the workout. The moves were comfortable for easing into longer workouts. Loved the hand/foot combination and familiar moves from other videos. I feel encouraged to try a sixty second pyramid workout. Mom's new glasses look great!

I used water bottles today throughout 90% of the workout and by the end those arm lifts I was definitely starting to feel it I needed to balance my legs with my arms. Great workout. Thanks ladies.

2 lb weights up the pyramid and increase the intensity coming down. It was a great challenge! I’m with your Mom, those side squats, centre and arms up was tough, really gets my brain moving too, lol! That’s what I love about these types of workouts, by the end I had the moves down! Oh and my chiropractor is thrilled with the increase in my range of motion! Great workout but some of it was definitely tough! Trying to do the diagonal squat/reach too quickly I almost fell, but having been doing your workouts for a month or so, I was able to recover quickly and only missed one “turn”. I received this workout today and used it instead of the Day 1 30-minute Pyramid Workout for the monthly plan. I reviewed each of them and found this one would fit just right. Wow, it was a good workout, and I enjoyed the challenge. Loved the fact your mom was so happy and looking grand in her new glasses. In addition, I so enjoy the humor that makes these workouts fun, if they were not entertaining I would probably, not participate and do more sitting. I absolutely LOVE these longer videos! To help control my blood sugar (I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes) I need to either walk outside for 30 min or do a video workout for 30 min to help control my blood glucose levels from spiking every single day. This is a lifestyle change that I will have to do forever. Please create more videos that are 30 min or more, especially at an intermediate level. I would appreciate it so much! Thank you for giving me an option to exercise indoors! I live in an urban area and don't feel safe going out for my walk after dark when no one is around, there are lots of muggings and sometimes asian hate crimes in my city and I feel better having an indoor option. Thanks again for providing these videos that are literally saving my life.

Pre-Covid I was walking 2 miles per day to the bus stop and back followed by an hour on the bus each way…then C happened and wfh meant no exercise at all…lost both my parents within 5 months of each other in 2022 and I let myself go completely…grief and loneliness took over with a morbidity which came over me unannounced …two months ago exactly, I started exercising again with you both and today I completed this whole 40 mins for the first time feeling confident, happy and relaxed after it! I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for your videos, your inspiration and for your cheerfulness throughout…gratitude and only gratitude! Hi ladies, i've been working out with you for about 3 weeks now and this has been the routine I like the most. I feel my balance and endurance has improved greatly. I retired from a pretty physical job 14 months ago and have had a hard time trying different exercises to keep reasonably fit but drop off through boredom or the exercise's have been too hard to keep up (Im 67) . Wow! I totally fell in love with these videos a few months ago. Hubby and I are both 70 and I got him doing them too. Always hated exercise but these are fun and easy to follow. I was ill last year and lost weight (good) but also lost muscle and balance. I love the pyramid as well as the strengthening exercises for the osteoarthritis in my knees. For some crazy reason, I thought this would feel easy! I definitely got my heart rate up! I like the pyramid-style workouts. The constant changing-up keeps it interesting, and the increases and decreases help to make it feel like I'm making progress. Thank you to both of you!

I discovered these videos aboout a month ago. I LOVE them. I am a person who used to do step aerobics, jazzercise, kickboxing, plus more, a few years ago. Now as I age I have had to try to modify my workouts. I tried several other exercise videos over the past 2 years.. Then I found a way to workout at 72 when I happened onto these videos. Just what t I needed. I am grateful to find something I enjoy and makes me feel better. I have less arthiritis pain, and I'm more flexible, BP is good too.. Enjoy the mom & daugher duo. very much. Thank you for this fun workout! Did the first 22 min. while on hold to book rides with our local transit service for people with disabilities and other medical issues. They have extended service for winter only customers to May 6, 2022 because of the snowy weather here in Manitoba. Today it's raining! A few minutes later, my 94 year-old friend phoned to sing hymns together over the phone. Finally finished the workout. The moves were comfortable for easing into longer workouts. Loved the hand/foot combination and familiar moves from other videos. I feel encouraged to try a sixty second pyramid workout. Mom's new glasses look great!

I used water bottles today throughout 90% of the workout and by the end those arm lifts I was definitely starting to feel it I needed to balance my legs with my arms. Great workout. Thanks ladies.

2 lb weights up the pyramid and increase the intensity coming down. It was a great challenge! I’m with your Mom, those side squats, centre and arms up was tough, really gets my brain moving too, lol! That’s what I love about these types of workouts, by the end I had the moves down! Oh and my chiropractor is thrilled with the increase in my range of motion! Great workout but some of it was definitely tough! Trying to do the diagonal squat/reach too quickly I almost fell, but having been doing your workouts for a month or so, I was able to recover quickly and only missed one “turn”. Thank you, thank you, thank you - you are amazing people xxx. Ps, major bonus for me is that my feet and hands are really toasty (it’s freezing here)😊

I had some back issues and been getting injections in my back to relieve the pain, once these injections started to help easy the pain I started to do your program. I received this workout today and used it instead of the Day 1 30-minute Pyramid Workout for the monthly plan. I reviewed each of them and found this one would fit just right. Wow, it was a good workout, and I enjoyed the challenge. Loved the fact your mom was so happy and looking grand in her new glasses. In addition, I so enjoy the humor that makes these workouts fun, if they were not entertaining I would probably, not participate and do more sitting.
