My doctor encouraged me to gain some weight and low and behold, I started gaining weight...too much weight! Now my lifestyle is sedentary, and I needed something to get me moving. Another great workout. Thank you so much April and Aiko. I did notice that as I grew a little tired my form would start to suffer, like hunching over and not keeping the ears, shoulders, hips in alignment, like you are always so good to remind us. I guess it’s just a reminder to me to slow down and do fewer reps with better form. I have lower back issues so it’s really important for me to be mindful of my form.

I was just looking through your videos and I noticed that the most popular video with 1.3 million views is a 20 minute, 30 second rounds, with warm up at beginning and a finisher and cool down stretch at the end. I think that is a really good format because 20 min is easy to do and I find myself going back to that video a lot! Please see if you can do more 20 min, 30 second rounds, gentle workouts!

I have been trying to get out biking a little in the mornings but today, my 12-year-old didn’t want to bike or walk. So I thought why not do a workout with you. It reminded me how my muscles were sore from gardening. Otherwise, it felt so good to move and stretch!

Though this was done 6 months ago, I'm just seeing it for the first time and I must say this is a perfect workout! Got to get some of my coordination down better, but it most definately worked every inch of my body. Love this for a first in the morning fuel to get me going. Will repeat this workout weekly. Yea!!! Did this one with my husband who has Parkinsons. Great for his coordination as well as cardio. We’ll make this one our go to ! I was surprised at the length if time it took as it was so engrossing getting those moves right. He struggled but I know with practice he will win. Thanks for what you’re doing for free.

It's a cold Scottish Sunday and I was looking for something to warm up. That did it! Had to sit down a lot as my operated leg was not happy today! It's interesting that my physio recommended all your moves either standing or sitting. He also said not to strech yet till I get my 6 weeks check up. I miss stretching. I luv the boxing moves, and definitely low impact is very helpful for me! I appreciate both of you. I love the reminders to breathe and well Moshi I try to get my cat 😺 Marigold involved but she actively ignores me. Loved this workout! Well, I love them all to be honest. They’re all so do-able. Can’t believe you used to go to the Colony! I have such fond memories of that theater. Another great workout! I’m working with extra emphasis on my balance. Instead of tapping my foot, I kick my leg. I’ve haven’t fallen over yet. And I think my balance is getting steadier.

I did notice that as I grew a little tired my form would start to suffer, like hunching over and not keeping the ears, shoulders, hips in alignment, like you are always so good to remind us. I guess it’s just a reminder to me to slow down and do fewer reps with better form. I have lower back issues so it’s really important for me to be mindful of my form.

I was just looking through your videos and I noticed that the most popular video with 1.3 million views is a 20 minute, 30 second rounds, with warm up at beginning and a finisher and cool down stretch at the end. I think that is a really good format because 20 min is easy to do and I find myself going back to that video a lot! Please see if you can do more 20 min, 30 second rounds, gentle workouts!

I have been trying to get out biking a little in the mornings but today, my 12-year-old didn’t want to bike or walk. So I thought why not do a workout with you. It reminded me how my muscles were sore from gardening. Otherwise, it felt so good to move and stretch!

Though this was done 6 months ago, I'm just seeing it for the first time and I must say this is a perfect workout! Got to get some of my coordination down better, but it most definately worked every inch of my body. Love this for a first in the morning fuel to get me going. Will repeat this workout weekly. Yea!!! Did this one with my husband who has Parkinsons. Great for his coordination as well as cardio. We’ll make this one our go to ! Loved this workout! Well, I love them all to be honest. They’re all so do-able. Can’t believe you used to go to the Colony! I have such fond memories of that theater. And the ice cream fountain next door, Gertie’s I think was it’s name. I liked the Colony better than the Marquette because it had a balcony. Thanks for the memories as well as the workout!

Another great workout! I’m working with extra emphasis on my balance. Instead of tapping my foot, I kick my leg. I’ve haven’t fallen over yet. And I think my balance is getting steadier.

Another great workout. Had knee injection and doctor told me to exercise but to take it easy. Not sure what don't over do it is.

We first want to increase your mobility and range of motion in your joints to prepare you for more advanced exercise moves.
