I wonder if it's deliberate or not but ... Le Choux is grammatically wrong. "Le" is a singular article in French and "choux" is the plural version of the noun "chou". So she should have named her bakery either "Le Chou" or "Les Choux". Either way, it doesn't seem to have affected her business lol.
I feel like you should do "healthy eats" as well - on a sort of "health board promotion" sponsorship - for heart health, and people who can't really process all that sugar... (I honestly just gobbled up three slices of caramel-coated chocolate cake, as I watch this)...but it kind of makes me wonder how people can metabolise, that well!? :)
The problem here is that product recognition through 'both quality and value' for money, has been replaced by social media ie tik-tok craziness etc, rather than all of the former. When I am told by a developer of say...a doughnut or cupcake etc that the £7/10 price tag is due to their overhead cost....I say crap!. And what proves this is that their business is only sustainable on the untrained/ uninformed social media postings that do not take into consideration of 'product quality reflected in price. We can talk all day long (24/7) about the 'best ingredients,...but that just does not hack it.
