- Our Experience with Dentistry Inhalation Sedation.
My daughter told me that her teeth was hurt, when I checked her teeth, I saw that she has gum boil, so we decided to take her to the dentist. When the dentist checked her teeth, he had to immediately remove the pus and pull out the decaying tooth.
And because my daughter has anxiety, the doctor decided to do Dentistry Sedation.
this is only a one day operation.
so around 5pm we got home and my daughter is fine as if nothing happened and she is happy with her new silver tooth 😁

What Is Dental Sedation?
Dental sedation is the use of medication to help patients relax during dental procedures. The process is also called sleep dentistry or sedation dentistry. However, some people are awake during the procedure unless they are given general anesthesia.
Inhaled Minimal Sedation
Patients are given the laughing gas (nitrous oxide) mixed with oxygen through a mask. Your dentist will be able to control the amount of sedation you receive and the effects wear off soon. You’d be able to drive yourself back home after the procedure.
Who needs sedation dentistry?
People of all ages can benefit from sedation dentistry, including children. Dentists often recommend this option for those with:
Dental anxiety.
A fear of visiting the dentist.
An overly sensitive gag reflex.
A fear of needles (aichmophobia).
Extreme teeth sensitivity.
Feelings of claustrophobia while in the dental chair.
Decreased sensitivity to local anesthesia.
Difficulty controlling movements.
Special needs (including physical, cognitive or behavioral).
