- All of the preparation and previous shows have led us to this point, the “Main Event” on Sonex Aircraft’s home turf: EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2015! Bob Carlton Flies SubSonex aerobatics during Oshkosh for the first time, and debuts the SubSonex “Fire & Lights” Night Pyro Show. Also at AirVenture 2015, Bob Carlton is presented with the 2015 Bill Barber Award for Showmanship. Congratulations to the Vertigo Airshows team!

Interesting concept. I think a sleeker body would go better with the jet and may have to pressurize it so it can stretch out to some range. A skinny bird with this engine might go 500km/h at altitude.

Awesome I'm assuming about $ 150k in cost to get it in the air? I think I read you have to get jet endorsement training. Still reasonable cost for what you get too bad can't get a 2 seat.
Why is a vapor trail coming off the bottom of the aircraft at times?
Nice segment at the end although I would've used red / green to signify side of craft instead of just white. Or, done a combination - segment of white and segment of the other. Would've produced some interesting visuals.

If you flew into LAX I'm guessing they wouldn't appreciate the launching of the fireworks.

How much cost this aircraft ?
A bit over $100K. Dirt cheap for a jet. You can, though, build a 2-seat VW powered version for well under $40K, or a single-seater with folding wings for even less.
the build kit is like 55k on subsonic website
