I guess it's the nature of the business, but Matt Flynn was a great player and I think showed a lot of class. Hopefully, his best days are yet ahead. His come-from-behind victory in Dallas was simply outstanding and never to be forgotten. I wish a few of his close games would have gone his way.
i do feel bad for him. i think he could have been a franchise qb if someone would have actually given him a chance, a REAL chance. At least the man got paid!
I didn't know he was thinking about the Dolphins too, but I don't think that would've worked out either considering they just drafted Tannehill at the time, so it makes sense that he went with the Seahawks cuz nobody at the time thought Wilson would start as a 3rd round QB. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. He could've also tried Arizona and compete with fellow traded QB Kevin Kolb given how bad Cardinal QB's are, could've competed on the Bills roster, Browns, Jacksonville given Gabbert and Henne, and considering what happened in their season, the Chiefs.

he could have been a really good pocket passer. he was smart and could make the ball drop almost anywhere. but you'd have to protect him.
