The story behind the Vick TD is even better than the play. For those that don’t know the story, Djax was coming back from a concussion. In pregame warmups, the Redskins were talking trash about his concussion, specifically Laron Landry. The team told Andy Reid about it. The typically mild mannered Reid was pissed and ran that play to get back at Landry…. Gotta love Andy Reid
And the catch by Jackson was insane. What a combo: one of the strongest arms in the league and one of the fastest receivers in the league. Too bad we couldn’t capitalize, that team had too many holes in it.

Not always, Tim Hightower's opening play td @ NO in the playoffs and Quandre Diggs pick 6 off of Darnold in 2018 didn't mean anything as both those teams would eventually get blown out, so it doesn't matter if a team scores on the opening play, what matters is how the opponent responds, they can either hang their heads or just go out and respond with a score of their own

That first play from Vick to DeSean has to be one of the longest completions in NFL history in terms of how far the ball traveled in the air. That was 60+ yards.

Its losing its appeal to me, it feels like 7 on 7 passing drills. A lot of the Big plays come because teams have such a sharp focus on pass rushing because its a passing league That MLB's aren't securing the line, run stoppers are a thing of the past. Its just rush the QB & Pass. Like Watching Houstons old Run & Shoot offense.
