They still should've started Kyle Orton in the Super Bowl. Orton wasn't great, but he wouldn't have fucked it up like Grossman did. No idea if the Bears would've won against Peyton with Orton, but it would've been a different game
Leon Washington is so underrated. 2 seasons with 3 Kick Return TDs. Lotta great kick returners from when I was a kid in the late 80s to the present day: Mel Gray, Justin Miller, Allen Rossum, Tamarick Vanover.
This 100% needs a Part 2. Some other really good moments I can think of off the top of my head: Ted Ginn Jr. gets back to back TDs against the Jets. Some of the best KR's I've seen came via Dante Hall. My all-time favorite KR-TD is a toss up between Chad Morton's walkoff 2002 winner in Week 1 against Bills, and when Josh Cribbs EMBARASSED the Steelers in Pittsburgh, tip toeing on the sideline that was sick
Rest In Piece to Jacoby Jones for the Baltimore Ravens winning Super Bowl Championship in 2012 vs 49ers taking it to the house 109 yards which equals one of the longest play in NFL's History!
It’s a shame that you don’t have one or both of Billy “White Shoes” Johnson’s two kickoff returns. He also returned six punts for touchdowns. It’s an even bigger shame he’s not in the NFL hall of fame.

So many of the best in the business in this compilation: Hester, Hall, Mitchell, etc. Younger viewers might not remember this, but when Hester was at his prime, as one of the announcers said in the clip "You just kick the ball out of bounds and let them take it at the 40". Even if Hester went the whole game without a return he'd still have a major impact on the game since teams felt compelled to just punt or kick it out of bounds rather than risk having him return it for a TD.

Can we just give a shout out to Matt Giordano (43 of the Colts) in the first clip? He had to sprint all the way down the field to cover, then had to sprint across the field to get to Hester's return side, and caught him right at the end zone. That's some crazy speed and stamina
Cordarrelle Patterson 109 yard kick return in his Rookie year against the Packers shows you why how special he is after he won the Super Bowl Championship in 2018 with the Patriots he definitely should be a Hall Of Famer soon now that he's with the Steelers I really hope he'll get another shot at becoming a Super Bowl Champion for the 2nd time in his career a 1st Round draft choice out of the University of Tennessee Volunteers I believe he will do all he can to be candidate for the Hall Of Fame! 6:08

Not surprised. The Bears have had a great history finding kick-off and punt returners. Just imagine how many more winning seasons the franchise could've had with that, many of the great running backs and great defensive playmakers they've successfully landed in the draft with way better luck at the QB position.
