  • I’ve had a rough couple of weeks with my mental health mainly due to the anxiety spikes, stomach issues and depression worsening as a consequence of all that. It’s good to be stable again.

Been watching your videos for months. I’ve had DP/DR for 8 years now, lived peacefully with it up until last January 2022 and now it’s chronic ever since and very debilitating 🤪 I resonate with your videos so much ! For me personally I have usually 1-2 weeks where things get heaps better and then always followed by sets back. In the low points it makes me think I’m not getting any better but this video really put it into perspective! Even when we feel like we aren’t moving forward we are. All we can do is our best and if we keep trying everyday I really do believe we will find peace. I personally don’t believe I’ll ever be DP free, but living with it peacefully as I once did is a goal for me and I know you can get there too. Maybe similar to what you are talking about with having a clear head? Hang in there and keep up the good work! Staying positive is hard but it makes the world of difference ☺️thanks for being so transparent and making me feel not so alone in this very strange life !

Hey, it’s so awful that we have to deal with all this but you’re right, we’ve just got to stay as positive as we possibly can. I’m glad the videos help, hope you’re doing okay lately :)

Rhys, glad to hear your doing well with everything, I have written before on your other videos about this but please consider taking NAC (n-acetyl-cysteine) I had much the same issues as you and NAC really helped me a lot especially when taking 1200-2400mg per day, I think it could help you also. wagmi
