“Quality ki Jagah Sunroof” is an overstatement Gagan bhai. Having personally tested Kushaq, it didn’t feel substandard in terms of quality. Yes if you have driven an Octavia or Karoq, of course you’ll find it less premium. But that’s because you expect too much from a Skoda. For someone who’s upgrading from a hatchback, it is quite premium.
That was a jibe at people who keep Sunroof as their top priority. You can’t deny that fact that some manufacturers are selling cars just because of sunroofs.

I have driven 1 litre manual transmission, was soo good soo quick and soo stable. But gearbox was little notchy, and boot space is enough and practically has a good space. Ride was average in city speeds but when u pick up the pace yes ride improves. Handling was good definitely way ahead in terms of handling. Build quality was solid was unable to close the boot that heavy I felt. Overall nice car and come on guys that's a skoda badge. Nice review gagan sir but review 1 litre manual transmission.
Review after driving 250 kms - Kushaq is nice to drive and will feel modern and robust. - Overall driving dynamics, ride, steering controls and sharp turn handling is class-leading. Feels too safe and pleasure to drive. - All important security features that we use and are mandatory for safe driving dynamics at 18 lac on-road makes it the best choice. - Unique 2-spoke steering wheel (from Superb, Octavia) - Kushaq though has 385ltr capacity can easily fit the same baggage as Creta/Seltos (claim 400+ ltrs.) - Carbon Steel paint finish looks very nice, upmarket and premium. - 6-speaker audio system is surprisingly crisp and great sound with subwoofer. Negatives: - The steering feels a bit too light even at high speeds and could've weighed up better for more responsive feel though controlling it is precise. - Rear disk break. - Digital instrument cluster. - No 6 air bags other than 1.0 MT - this is illogical and stupidity. - Yes, priced 50k to 70k on the higher side - but performance, safety features (even in base models) and the driving experience of both 1.0 and 1.5-litre TSI variants somewhat justifies the price. I highly recommend Skoda Kushaq for those looking for premium small and powerful compact SUV for its clean design, driving dynamics, safety features and the Skoda brand.

I have honda brio ..same ac issue I am facing and realized small engines can't power up ac effectively. So either 1.5 diesel or 1.5 petrol would make a perfect car

Bhai, Kushaq me 1 Litre TSI engine hai aur 1200 KG ki hai...par Rapid and Polo with same engine koi 5 kilo ki gaadiyan nhi hain....Rapid bhi 1100 KG ki hai....with increased power, abhi bhi Kushaq ka power to weight ratio kai gaadiyon se jyada hai...and gives stunning performance in its segment. It is a good front wheel drive CSUV which feels like hatch while driving! Impressed from my test drive!
Gagan bhai i have driven both 1 ltr Manual and Automatic in vw taigun, i found 1 ltr automatic better both in performance and low end torque. 1 ltr automatic picks very well at creep level function and also doesn't have any vibrations. I can't understand why you are saying it is slow truly i didn't find it slow at all. I have driven other rival as well and found this 1ltr engine is even way faster than 1.5 naturally aspirated engines.
you want quality of koraq at indian price . so the problem is with you. dont expect premium quality at budget price. but kushaq is way better than korean cars

AC performance while you were shooting in July. I have 2012 Rapid TDI and its AC is very poor. Pls reply. This is help me deciding for this (1.0 AT) replacing my Rapid
Just drove the 1.0 of Skoda kushaq, in terms of nvh (road noise and wind noise), I comparing with csuv, kushaq has better noise insulation but comparing it with Kia and Hyundai it's on par, still recommend test drive the car yourself on same roads. 👍.

I visited and saw the car personally and saw this video today, I felt that this review is biased. The car is fantastic and quality is superior to seltos and creta. Yes they might have compromised on some features which are offerred on creta and seltos but that premium european feel is intact with a great driving experience and its worth buying. though creta and seltos are good cars they cant beat kushaqs quality on interiors, exteriors,engine specs and driing experience, only area where they can beat is in fuel efficiency and added features

Suspensions nahin hote suspension hota hai because it is what the components are called collectively so Suspension not Suspensions jo ki tum zyadatar bolte ho. 1st gear mein high revs per hold karoge to engine ki vaat na lage, 4000 rpm par hold karna normal nahi hai.
Gagan ji, i love your presentation and the videos very much. I have been very much troubled in deciding. Jeep Compass Model S- Diesel or petrol variants. Diesel has better torque and 4X4 capabilities but I am a petrol lover in general. Moreover the future of diesel engines is seeming to fade away in the future, especially in Delhi NCR. Can you please make a side-by-side comparison video of the two vehicles?
1. Knob controls of automatic ac is way better than those touch ones . 2. Why no integrated nav system? its rivals have that! 3. Why no sunglass holder even in top variant? IMO this car looks superb from outside but cant match its competitors in terms of interiors.

kushaq has such passive safety features list that you won’t ever need the airbags to open especially anti collision braking , roll over mitigation , brake disc wiping , brake assist , brake differentials from the base variants only these will help to prevent any collision more than any car of this segment
1.5 ltr DSG top end doesnt have 6 air bags and Tire pressure monitoring system, while other variants have it. Its a unnecessary miss by Skoda (Volkswagen)

I am a skoda/vw user. n trust me its pain to watch reviewing this german beauty by you...u don't even know the controls for indicators and wipers are on opposite side making a signature german touch. but ppl lyk u want everything to be like maruti. (typical desi mentality). Its a beautiful car n u should ask any skoda/vw users how we feel kinda privileged that its a solid car tht we're driving and its so cool tht controls in these cars are different from other Japanese or fake Korean cars..
The opposite side placement of indicator stalk and wiper/cruise control stalk is taken out of left hand drive cars. When Skoda claims it to be made for/in India they should have taken this into consideration. People who are already living with it won't find it as an issue but people who are upgrading from other cars will find it absurd during initial days. This is what GAGAN has pointed out. This is definitely not an USP of German cars.
Engine, transmission, suspension, electricals etc. are covered under warranty. Except wear and tear items and external damage such as flooding and rat bites.
Bhai Cng retrofit pe video banao…can kushaq be converted to cng fuel successfully. I feel yes because already TSI are compatible with CNGs in foreign countries.

Gagan bahiya please suggest me which one should i buy in skoda kushaq 1.0 L manual ambition vs kia seltos 1.5 htk plus diesel manual. I want power and well manage suspension setup for both city and village roads. Right now i have amaze 2018 vmt petrol. And issue with amaze is performance, power ans so much dashboard noising.
seltos has a harder suspension compared to both creta and seltos , but i will recommend you the diesel seltos with better power and torque especially with better mileage

Yes, I found AT 1 litre engine better too. I drove both and felt good while driving. DSG was screaming in high RPMs but 1.0 was in low RPMs

1st gear mein high revs per hold karoge to engine ki vaat na lage, 4000 rpm par hold karna normal nahi hai.

Diesel has better torque and 4X4 capabilities but I am a petrol lover in general. Moreover the future of diesel engines is seeming to fade away in the future, especially in Delhi NCR.

kushaq has such passive safety features list that you won’t ever need the airbags to open especially
anti collision braking , roll over mitigation , brake disc wiping , brake assist , brake differentials from the base variants only these will help to prevent any collision more than any car of this segment

I am a skoda/vw user. n trust me its pain to watch reviewing this german beauty by you...u don't even know the controls for indicators and wipers are on opposite side making a signature german touch. but ppl lyk u want everything to be like maruti. (typical desi mentality). Its a beautiful car n u should ask any skoda/vw users how we feel kinda privileged that its a solid car tht we're driving and its so cool tht controls in these cars are different from other Japanese or fake Korean cars..

The opposite side placement of indicator stalk and wiper/cruise control stalk is taken out of left hand drive cars. When Skoda claims it to be made for/in India they should have taken this into consideration. People who are already living with it won't find it as an issue but people who are upgrading from other cars will find it absurd during initial days. This is what GAGAN has pointed out. This is definitely not an USP of German cars.

Right now i have amaze 2018 vmt petrol.
And issue with amaze is performance, power ans so much dashboard noising.
seltos has a harder suspension compared to both creta and seltos , but i will recommend you the diesel seltos with better power and torque especially with better mileage
