- The Skoda Kushaq, by virtue of its name, is claiming to be an emperor. However, the people will only accept it to be one if it can defeat the current king of the segment - the Hyundai Creta. In this comparison, we pitch the Kushaq against the Creta to figure out which one offers more space, practicality and comfort for your family.

Why no one is talking about ESC, ABS, EBD, MCB, HHC, EDS, XDS, XDS+, ASR, MSR, BSW, ROP safety features available in Kushaq base model. How many are available in Creta/ Seltos ?
Let the crash tests come , then there will be no comparison :P

The main difference is in driving brooo... Hyundai can't give skoda's driving dynamics

Exact😂
People those who are praising Creta; my advice to them go and visit Skoda showroom. Their is nothing better than Kushaq at this range. @16k fully loaded with most advanced engine in the category
Agree. But Indian public don't want a car which will bust up in 2 to 3 years. We look more for comfort, long life of engine and better re sale value
Very well executed...unbiased...will go with Kushaq... thanks
Me too, Creta's extra features are good but I live in North India, will rarely use sunroof, rest of the things I can live without but kushaq's cabin seems to provide much comfier, luxurious feel

Well I live in Rajasthan and I still love panoramic sunroof. I use it in night driving when the car is pre cooled. It gives the back passengers a very airy and light feeling. I would prefer a panoramic sunroof any day. I wish kushaq had it too.

Shukriya bhaijaan :)
both has its pros and cons -
creta has more features , diesel engine , wider after sales network , more accommodation for rear seat passengers and on the other hand kushaq’s base model is loaded with many safety features , build is superior, best in class ride and handling , fastest turbo engines across the ranges
Hope they price it well also

Man that boot space optimisation by Skoda is mind blowing. Simply clever!
Boot comparison was an eye opener right in the beginning it told you were to support Skoda. Well if the layout is different then the bag loading should be different as well and compare everything variety, Engine options, annual maintenance, availability of parts and service Center/dealer ship network. All this contributes in the complete experience and there is much more to be compared.
The boot space reminds me of a magnite n kiger comparison I saw where both have different size in liters. But they fit the exact same amount of suitcases. I guessthe guys doing Arai fuel economy should standardize boot space tests too 😆
I have driven various cars for over 35 years. I would prefer the 1.5 L petrol of the Kushaq for the fun-to-drive experience. Kushaq can also take the advantage roads smoothly. But on road price is Rs.19.00 lakhs.
Hears the 1.5 L kushaq got some EPC issue due to fuel pump

Hi,
Can u do a comparison between Astor sharp mt and Kushaq mt and provide a verdict which one is better ?
I remember a lot of people complaining that Kushaq’s road presence would be less because it is 3 cm narrower and 7.5 cm shorter in length than Creta. But in reality these are minor digits and both cars look equally proportioned when kept side by side
it doest affect alott see them in real life your will get your answer
Paying premium price for 3 cylinder engine and a cramped rear seat does it make sense. Creta is still the king.
@@nirmalrajneethialagan138 2 airbags ,poor service , costly parts and a hatchback size ....
Kushaq offer strong grip on Road and give you roll over safety features. This video is totally damaged and try to hide all Advantages
@@nirmalrajneethialagan138 Award winning 3 cylinder tsi engine* and Kushaq has better rear seat leg room . Also a car that scored a global NCAP of only 3 stars and which can be split into two halves on the event of an accident cannot be king of the segment. Heck, even Brezza is safer than Creta. Learn to prioritise safety and build quality over features. I would say Kushaq is better than Creta any day.
6 airbags on MT only???.... would be a deal breaker for many. Spending close to 17.5 lacs and getting two airbags is a joke.

Kushaq Ambition
Why are you guys so scared to talk about the build quality of Hyundai and Kia vehicles, due to this cover up I feel your reviews are not trustworthy.
True
Thanks for letting us know how you feel man. We do point out shortcomings if any, but commenting on the build quality can be premature without crash test data. Take the Triber and Brezza for example. Both feel light, however went on to score 4 starts in NCAP crash test. We can talk about how they feel, which we do... but because people start to equate this with how safe the vehicles are, we have to be responsible and very careful before calling a car well built or not well built.... regardless of the brand that makes them.
Yeah man. Seltos scored 3 stars in crash test. Creta is on same platform, engine and transmission.
@@nabeelkhan4878 you are right , without the data how can anyone comment or judge ! Let it be mandatory for crash tests of all cars , that will be good

Kushaq offer all premium features with extra stability on road with very less price compared to Creta. Kushaq engine is super solid and don’t require much push as power is on higher side. Do include all such things in your video, so it give correct picture to customers.

Good video but i think need to include after sales service and warranty comparison also
This review is really good and balanced. I liked it. Keep it up.
Adding into this: GNCAP Crash testing has revealed that chassis of Seltos (and indirectly Creta) is not so stable and scored low 3 stars which is poor for such a costly car. Also in a recent accident Seltos was cut into 2 parts which is scary (you can google it). In general Skoda cars are much stronger and sturdier than Koreans (Kia-Hyundai) and that's why I assume Kushaq should be safer than Creta and Seltos. Creta and Seltos are mainly for city drives and people who believe more in look and features than substance.
It is 4 star now
