Safety is a big concern with both these two Korean siblings & you are not highlighting that. Seeing the current road conditions in India we should recommend safe cars & promote them too. I will prefer VW/Škoda any day !
Both kushaq and taigun also have same built quality like creta and seltos in India. Skoda and Volkswagen compromise there built quality this time

@@abhiastic8353 the fact that german siblings have a smaller engine with turbo and the bigger engine supports deactivating a fucking cylinder which is much more efficient and overall have smaller dimensions than korean siblings so less weight than them

Plus hyundai ka interior kaa toh sbko pta he hai. That's why hyundai thoda kmm troll hoti haiii. Vrna mai toh khud hyundai user ho kr bol rha hyundai ki safety ke bare mai.
I bought kushaq and fully satisfied with its performance and cannot even thinking of any other cars in this segment

I bought the Taigun DSG and have the same feeling. Test drove Creta and Seltos and their turbo petrol engines pale in comparison to the 1.5 TSI which is in a league of its own

I brought seltos I am very satisfied with the performance and mileage for diesel variant fun to drive car very stable in high way. my first car was ecosport it was fun the drive car now seltos giving me same pleasure of driving 😊
Do you face DPF issue? Did you ever left Seltos for few few weeks parked (without using)?

Was in love with its looks, sophisticated, classy & timeless. Puts a smile on my face everytime I drive, the tuning of suspension, performance & refinement of the engine, agility & solidity of the chassis, gearbox, steering feedback, cabin insulation, practicality of the bootspace are all great.
Yes Skoda has cut some corners like no dampening in the grab handles, no insulation in the hood & less soft touch materials but honestly no deal breaker at all, one won't reject a car cuz it doesn't have dampened grab handles. that's not what makes a car, a car.
For me it's the driving dynamics, Ride quality & comfort, handling, high speed stability these are the things which makes a car, a car. + It has all the bells & whistles that matter for those who want it.
I'd highly recommend you to go to ur nearest showroom or ask for a test drive, go with ur family at the back & then see for yourself.

@@saitinku4240 oh regarding the complaints I've had no issues having driven 4000+ kms no EPC issues, no unwanted noises nothing.
Regarding repairs somebody hit my car & broke my left taillight & dented my tailgate & rear cladding. I've had taken 1.5lakh kms/6 years maintenance package + insurance (zero depreciation) called the showroom told them about it, they asked me for sometime to arrange parts & after 3 days called me back long story short, replaced everything to brand new & billed me ~400₹ labour cost. That' it.

Skoda Kushaq is the best car in this segment. Much better than Seltos and Creta in terms of power. Stability at high speed, no body roll, mileage. Very strong build quality, and if I talk about maintenance cost, that too is well-taken care of in this model. The yearly maintenance cost is around lesser than my previous car(Swift).

kushaq/taigun is the best as compared to korean siblings in terms of ride quality and safety features. Test drive kushaq or taigun 1.5 you will feel fantastic driving performance. i own 1.5 kushaq style MT.
German German an old aura. Korean clearly beats these two in every aspect , it's not the iphone like kitna bhi bekar ho log kharidenge hi. Dont go for engine performance you ll cry on mileage

If you travel a lot and on highways more specifically then yes it lacks a lot, but that isn't necessarily a deal breaker, either way however it suits you.

Fail to digest difference in handling & ride comfort as Kushaq & Taigun are manufactured under the same roof, as identical products mechanically except body shell & few feature offerings.
Kushaq & Taigun 1.0 TSI Engine offers better VFM lower variants than Korean Twins 1.5 Petrol.

Hyundai/Kia will definitely be cheaper than VAG to maintain. As for reliability both are excellent but VAG has a poor service network.

Just a question: why not highlight the Car's chasis and frame quality for Kia and Hyundai , who BTW use different and low quality material for lower variants. Base variant of both of these company cars are not safe as proven by NCAP (who test only the base variants).
Compared all these and brought MG Astor, Best ownership experience.

What if they don't want to deal with that much of a size or ground clearance or even that much of bodyroll?😆 The whole thing about these mid size SUVs (or crossovers to be precise) is that people won't have to compromise on driving dynamics , while sitting relatively higher . Though creta sucks IMO😂😂😂

Astor top model has a big panoramic sun roof...almost covering the entire roof. But below it there is no roof linning...just a transparant shade...similar to window shades..
If by chance car rolls over in an accident and the glass on roof crashes, there is no protection for head..
Absolutely true. Also lot of sunlight peeps in through the thin sheet which will be deciding factor in Indian summers.

I have following ur videos from very long time and u mostly right about the things but in this video u clearly wrong in terms of light throw of seltos and creta. Please do more research on it because as far as i know the throw and spread of lights in creta and seltos are same and both need improvement. Also the design element of creta is not good in front of seltos. In terms of features creata only have panaromic sunroof on its side apart from that seltos is clear winner. About ride quality you are right creta is more comfy but only in city, because seltos on highway at high speed gives more confidence then creta.
Design is subjective, so can't be compared.

Any reason for not including Astor? 1.5 is not good but I test drove 1.3 turbo automatic it's very smooth and fast but they don't have manual turbo engine
No one does better review than Rachit. Bought Kushaq 1.5 . It’s a driver’s delight. I get so excited everytime I drive it. If you are an enthusiast, Kushaq is no brainier but if you want to buy a family car then Creta offers more in terms of space and comfort.
Planning to buy 1.0 manual , will it fall short ?

Creta just doesn’t feel plush and upmarket. It’s very vanilla. I tried to like the Creta so much, took multiple test drives and spoke to so many Creta owners! Somehow, Kia knocks it out of the park. Seltos is equally spacious and looks more butch and upmarket.
Same story for me... purchased Seltos GTX 1.4 DCT plus last week because I could not like Creta despite being fav of many.
But neither of them are safe
Whether Creat Sunroof or any Sunroof leads to rise in temperature in Cabin ?
Does DPF issues arises if car is parked for 2-3 weeks and 1-2 weeks heavily driven on Highway as well as City?

Purchased Volkswagen Taigun topline..excellent performance and 5star safety rating
one thing is the design of the korean cars at the time they look great but in a couple of years these designs won’t age well,just look at the previous creta it already looks old as compared to german cars their design is subtle at the time they’ll look simple but the thing is that they’ll age well and even 4-6 years down the road they’ll look new, just look at the polo they’ve been selling that in india for so many years and still it looks like a new car as the design has aged well

Duster- 3 star earlier, 0 stars now (poorest safety)
Kicks- sorry to say, its exactly the same platform in India so 0 stars and highly prone to toppling(more than Duster)
Scross- MS site shows heartech platform but if based on global then good vfm
Astor- base model crazy vfm, top models not worth
