I have neither the time nor inclination to do more than these short bursts and I’m hopeful that because they are so attainable I will continue. I love that you get straight to the point without sacrificing warmup cooldown stretching for those of older and less active. I also love no noisy music. Very easy to follow.

Day 3 for me today. Haven't exercised in over 6 months. And before that probably a couple of years. I'm trying so hard to lose 15kg before July. Love these workouts. I sure can feel it!
My day got crazy from the moment I woke up, so I didn’t get to start the day with the workout, but I managed to get in the Day 2 workout before bedtime! I love the length and manageability of these workouts! It’s doable even for this tired and out of shape lady! 😆
That! Was painful. Coming off this left knee surgery, I guess I was compensating for so long that my right side is super tight. I’m so happy I already have a massage scheduled for later today.
Day 3 done. Cannot believe how much flexibility I had lost. Sitting hamstring stretch, I can barely reach my lower shin. Back in the day, I could hold my feet and place my head on my knees.
Wow that’s super flexible! I do include stretching in many of my workouts so you should start to see improvements over time! And enjoy the stretch day for day 4!
oh my word. I almost died. legs have failed me today but still ready for tomorrow. May try day 3 again this evening to make up for the breaks i took during legs

I haven’t done these Pilates moves in a long time, and my glutes were burning. Just shows that I need to keep doing these great workouts.

Day 3 and counting. Definitely relate to Melanie's comment on loss of flexibility. Hamstring stretch was probably the toughest movement for me 😂
Haha I totally get it!! I include stretching at the end of most of my workouts so hopefully you’ll see improvement over time!
