    Didn't think I had it in me to do Day 6. First day back to work since Christmas. Long day and tired after dinner, errands and getting child ready for school. I finally pulled up the video and saw it was all standing with weights and only 15 minutes. Got off the bed and did the workout. Glad I did. Now I can sleep knowing I kept my commitment to myself to do this challenge each day🎉 3:34

    Honestly I can't believe it's day 6 already I've actually been enjoying it. And what was great I put time aside to do it. and the notification helped

      Hi! When I change positions it is to work certain muscle groups in their optimal position
